I was a bit worried when I was renting my apartment to Brendan, as my apartment is clearly for 3, max 4 people and Brendan was planning a New Year stay in Prague with five more friends. When we met at the beginning of their stay we agreed on some rules and it all worked as it was agreed. Brendan is very nice guy and has a respect of friends as a natural leader. So in overall I had positive experience with renting and can recommend him to others. Thank you!
