  It was very easy and convenient to get to the place by Subway. Peter was great and gave me very informative instructions/directions. I felt very welcome, and the basement room was wonderful. I definitely would stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

  My family (two adults + four-year-old daughter) spent Mother's Day weekend at Peter's place in Astoria and had a wonderful time. The basement private room was large enough for the family and was indeed very private. It was good to have a kitchenette as we compiled leftovers from all of our restaurant trips.   Such hospitality, I felt instantly at home. Peter and Zora's guest room is a cozy little den. Though just a block from the subway, I slept incredibly soundly and never heard the train. If I am ever in NYC again, I will definitely stay here again.

  Katie is a gracious host and the room is very quiet and comfortable. This was my third stay here, and there will be more. It's a great neighborhood. Just 15 minutes to Midtown with a lot of good restaurants.

  Katie is a great host, and the room (actually an efficiency apartment) is very comfortable. This is the second time I've stayed here, but probably not the last. The location is very convenient-- just 15 minutes from Midtown. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, including one of my favorites, Opa.   Amazing location and comfy room with private bath, a huge treat for nyc. Fabulous internet and fun environment in the bottom floor of a townhouse. Everything was great and easy to come and go as I needed.

  Katie had everything ready for me and was very accommodating with arranging a time to meet. The set up was perfect for me and the location made it easy to go back and forth to activities downtown. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a nice bonus! I would stay again. Thanks!
