Dee's place offers cheap and cheerful student accom, did the trick for me given the lack of affordable accom near Cornell. Reasonably priced, right on the doorstep of Cornell University, where I had to conduct research for a week. There was a guy living there also, Ray, who helped with pillows etc, and was quite relaxed; the room wasn't prepared (no pillowcases, towel etc) but we figured stuff out.
