We are both designers and love creating warm, inviting spaces for our guests. We reside in the building in which the rental studio is located with our 2 year old son. It's always a pleasure to meet our guests and to give them tips on interesting places to visit and placs to eat.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfy studio...it is recently renovated and has new kitchen and bath with a fantastic shower. It's about six blocks from the 'L' line on the subway (so convenient!), and 1-2 blocks from a nice coffee shop and a well-stocked, reasonably-priced supermarket. Azi and Kermit were great hosts...they are personable and happy to give recommendations. We would stay there again and will recommend it to our friends/family who are visiting the city.

I love this place. It is clean beautifully designed and the hosts Azi and Kermit are great gracious people. It is a quiet retreat and a truly stylish spot. I would stay there again any time.
