  Fran and Dan have a lovely home and are a really nice couple. They have an adorable dog who is super excited to see everyone. I would stay with them again if in the area.

  Frances and Dan are perfect hosts, super sweet and fun couple! Their place is very clean and the Ikea bed was so comfortable. We got a warm welcome, some great wine, and even got invited to stay for breakfast and take some selfbaked muffins with us on the road . Before our arrival, Frances and Dan had already given us great tips for places to see, in your room you'll find a list with awesome tips and even a week after our stay, they were happy to give us tips about New York city!

  Frances and Dan were fantastic! My sister and I stayed with them during the Solid Sound Festival June 24-26, and staying with them made our experience so much more enjoyable. We awoke to wonderful breakfasts and sat down to share stories and laughs around the dining room table every morning before heading down to the festival.... the perfect way to begin a day of rock n' roll.   We had a wonderful stay with Frances and Dan (and their great pets!). The accommodations were perfect for our little getaway. We felt right at home. We especially enjoyed chatting (and geeking out) with with them over good wine and cheese. They're a great couple and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We definitely hope to stay with them again in the future. Very highly recommended!

  the sweetest couple..have stayed here twice now.. and will surely be back. convenient to Mass MOCA. and the house has a comfortable artsy atmosphere. they once again had great local recommendations for us and are wonderful people to sit down and chat with. oh and dont skip their homemade breakfast in the AM...its to die for..

  An outstanding stay with Fran and Dan. They provided maps of activities and events in the area. They also suggested a few places to eat that were well worth it. You have to try Dan's pancakes. Very filling. It was a very comfortable stay and the dog and cat made it even more inviting. I would recommend a trip to the area and a stay with Fran and Dan. Thank you for such a great time.

  We were greeted enthusiastically by Bix (part labrador?) and more calmly by Kovack (definitely cat). In the world according to Bix, everything is exciting and interesting. He is very friendly and makes it his job to wake you with a smile. He seemed genuinely sorry to see us leave. He likes the raisins out of trail mix. Kovack runs everywhere, around the room, up & down stairs, around the back of your chair and across your lap, except when she is sleeping, which she spends a fair bit... More »

  a wonderful couple who gave us plenty of ideas for the area and served us a delicious local breakfast in the AM. i would recommend this place to anyone who needs an easily accessible and quiet getaway which has TONS of books and movies and the sweetest cat and dog to hang with.

  Fran and Dan were wonderful, welcoming hosts! Their home is beautiful, and even comes with perhaps the friendliest cat I've ever met. They're also right near MASS MoCa and Williamstown, and provide really helpful recommendations for exploring/eating/etc around the area. They make delicious breakfast and good conversation, to boot.
