We've been here about a month and loving every minute. The house is cute, clean and in good working order. Easy street parking right out front. The best things about it for us are the close proximity to Abbott Kinney for some of the best dining and shopping in L.A., and of course, being close to the beach. This is a true beach bungalow, complete with hammock, beach cruisers, bbq and plenty of sunshine. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood just a short 15 minute walk to Abbot Kinney, one of my favorite shopping and dining streets in Los Angeles. Angie provided all the bare necessities and then some to make our trip a relaxed and enjoyable one. She was away during our visit but was readily available via email to answer any of our questions. We'd come back without hesitation!
Wonderful experience - cute bungalow, nice street (easy parking), bike to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen and to entertain ourselves. Bed were comfortable with plenty of blankets (it can get cold in LA at night). Perfect also for our small dog as the yard is fully fenced.
We had a wonderful stay in this house and a very great time.
Everything was as shown in the video and I can only recomend others to also stay there during a LA trip.
Angie was very welcoming and our stay was delightful. She left a helpful note of the things to enjoy in the house and in Venice.
The home has a modern decor but still feels cozy. The bikes were great for daily bike rides to the boardwalk, and we made frequent use of the bbq and backyard hammock.
We had such a great time in this beautiful house. Superb location with just a short walk to abbot Kinney - my favorite street in LA.
Angie and Danny were so helpful and accommodating and I would love to come back.
I had an excellent stay at the Venice Beach Bungalow, a welcoming, immaculately maintained property that gets a great deal of natural light. The kitchen was particularly impressive, and perfect for preparing an ambitious brunch. The walk to Abbott Kinney was quick but also memorable, due to the beautifully manicured gardens and alleyways that define that part of the neighborhood. We decided to spend our last 5 days in Venice Beach to relax after spending the previous couple of weeks in hectic NYC. The Venice Beach Bungalow was the perfect place to do so. Angie and Danny greeted us on arrival and suggested to check out Gjelina for lunch. The food was fantastic and we ended up going there twice during our stay. Angie made our First Stay in Venice Beach so easy nothing was too much trouble.
We found the Bungalow to be just as advertised on the website in both description & location plus the added bonuses of the use of the bikes gave a another dimension to the holiday.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in LA and staying in Angie and Dannys house was the icing on the cake. The house was so lovely. Beautiful decor and style just as we had seen in the video clip. It was clean and well stocked with cleaning products and basic food items. Even if we didn't have the chance to meet Angie, our stay was very confortable and great. The cottage was exactly as expected based on the video. No disappointment. Very clean and great location. We had an amazing time in Venice at the most adorable cottage I have ever rented ! It was spotlessly clean, minimal yet warm and user friendly.From the impossibly soft bed linens and beds to the sweetest plums falling from the tree right outside the kitched window, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome.
Thank you both to a perfect ending to our long cross country trek.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Venice Beach Bungalow. Being walking distance to Abbott Kinney and the ocean in a gorgeous beach house made a hectic business trip more productive and enjoyable. Plus, Angie was super responsive and helpful and the bulldog was sweet and friendly. The AirBnB video is fabulous, but the bungalow itself is actually even better.
Venezia Avenue is a terrific locale for 1-2 people to use as a mainstay in Los Angeles for meetings or simply to have a good time. My friend and I each had business to conduct in LA and found the bright bungalow very cozy and perfectly comfortable for two folks. It's very clean, airy, well laid out and close walking distance to Venice's main drag, Abbot Kinney (lots of shops, eateries and other fun is to be had there). We truly loved staying the beautiful bungalow! Her modern design savvy was an overall sensory experience, since we felt open, relaxed and at home immediately; admiring her way with Succulent plants, paintings on the walls and intentional color combination of blues and green, which complimented the wooden floors.
Now I know why LA is called the City of Angels: Angie was warm and lovely and Danny was sweet and open: a true reflection of the home they so generously share!

Spent 5 days at this house while doing business in l.a. There were two of us and it was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities and great hosts. Easy access to the beach and the freeway. Danny cooked and it was amazing. You won't find too many places this great.
For me and my family it was a very pleasent stay at Angie´s Cottage! The house is perfect for Parents with two Children and everything is exactly so as provided on airbnb. A perfect place to explore LA. I will recommand this place to friends.
My children and I have enjoyed a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect for the beach and city alike.
Angie and Danny have been perefect hosts. Their dog Andre has become our friend!
