  Joyce was very helpful and kind. Her apartment was perfect for my family. There are plenty of shops, bistro's, and cabs near by. If you need any extra supplies, like food, toilet paper or baby food there is a little convinent store on a side street connected to rue de temple. Everything you need is near by. At our request the next day everything was put in order.   This is a very pretty and cute house, well decorated and extremely convenient to the Marais and Pompidou Center. It was quiet and charming, if a little bit cramped. It is narrow and doesn't have much storage space, and the kitchen is not as fully equipped as one might hope for but you are very near lots of good restaurants and nightlife possibilities.   Fantastic location, we walked everywhere! Minutes from Louvre and enjoyable distance to Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower. Tons of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, Place des Vosges a couple blocks away, fun place to hang out and relax in the Park. The apartment was perfect for our group of 3.   My husband and I decided to have a mini-break in Paris with our 5 year old son and we choose Joyce's apartment in the Marais as the location is fantastic and her apartment looked very cosy and welcoming. We had a very lovely stay!! The bedroom and sitting room are very comfortable and although the kitchen and bathroom are small they work beautifully.   I was an Erasmus student at Ensad college Paris, and stayed in this apartment for exactly 80 days. Pros: - Location was fantastic,. Very close to the metro and the area has plenty of unique bars, restaurants, shops and vintage markets. - Joyce is a very professional and kind. She was very helpful whenever I asked for anything.   This is a great place. Amazing location, Joyce is very kind, and the location has easy access to the Champs Elysees. The restaurant below the flat is a great local spot, and the sesame crusted goat cheese salad is life changing. :) The only drawback we would have is that there is a 60 euro charge for using linens. We ended up bringing our own, but wouldn't hesitate to staying here again.

  Joyce was nice, accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately we had to find alternative accommodation on the first night which meant we lost a day messing around which was not ideal. The apartment was not available due to unforeseen circumstances. However, once in the accommodation there was no problem at all. Great location and good facilities.

  I am pleased to say that my family is fully satisfied regarding our stay and with interactions with Joyce. Before we booked the apartment Joyce was very responsive on e mail. She replied almost instantly to our queries. Her apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has pleasant ambience.
