I've stayed with Shawn for nearly a month, and it was a great time thanks to Shawn, his room and his fantastic roommates. The location near the Metro is super, nice stores and food are within walking distance, and his roommates are considerate and great fun to hang out with. Shawn and his girlfriend have been very helpful throughout my stay, which has been a superb experience. Try the Jamaican food at the Metro, trivia night in the Looking Glass bar and fish at Morgan's Seafood, and stroll home to Shawn's place...

Shawn is very kind.
He knows Washington DC well and he is great researcher of eat shop and has a lot of information.
This room is romantic space.
The lighting is wonderful.
Bath is shared for another 3 roommates.
They are good friends.
Maybe you can feel this house as small dormitory.
We could use nice realbed and good airbed.
There is bus stop near house. So you can go to Downtown easily.
Nice room waits for you.

shawn definitely made our trip very easy to enjoy! he was very attentive and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area. i would absolutely recommend anyone to have shawn host their stay in DC. thanks a lot!

Shawn is one of the best hosts I have stayed with! Even before I arrived, he was very attentive, making sure I could find his place all right. Upon arrival, I had a wonderful host kit waiting for me, including fresh towels, mini soaps and shampoo, a welcome guide with tips about his neighborhood and home, and a bunch of fun snacks an goodies. I hung out with Shawn and his girlfriend, who I would also recommend as a host. We had many great conversations, over coffee and ethiopian food. They recommended my new favorite place in the city, Busboys & Poets. Shawn is a natural host and a great guy. I highly recommend staying with him.

Shawn's place was a great choice for my stay over New Year's. I had everything I needed (yay internet, too!) and he was a wonderful host - very friendly and knowledgeable about the city! The metro was super close, which was a big plus for me. Thank you again!

Shawn has a GREAT grasp on the city and all the places to go and all the fun things going on! He was a really great host and made sure that I had everything that I needed! The short walk to the metro is one of the best highlights of his place

Shawn is a fantastic host! I've stayed with Shawn for one weekend in D.C. and it was GREAT. He was knowledgeable about the city, and introduced me to his cool friends. I would totally stay with Shawn again!

Ok Shawn rocks! Also this may be one of the coolest apts I have ever been to. Spacious, clean, and lots of fun. This guys knows some pretty hot spots and boy does he know DC. If you are gonna be in DC this is a spot worth check'n out!

You have to stay with Shawn! His place is nothing but excitement! I stayed with him here after the wildest party ever :0 and found it to be the COZIEST ROOM in Washington! I have no doubt in my mind that Shawn will throw another party and it will be for the inauguration. Girls, " Warning" shawn has the Hottest Roommates EVER ;) Shawn knows all the best places to eat in DC from cheap to wallet pinching!! Shawn is also very knowledgeable with public transportation and commuting he really knows his way around DC!
So save yourself some trouble and book this spot!
