  We really enjoyed our stay in Sivan's apartment and the location was fantastic and convenient for exploring the city both on foot and on the subway. This was our first visit in NYC and our first experience using AirBnB and we were very pleased . Four of us stayed in the apartment and we had plenty of room and everything we needed and Sivan took the time to explain everything clearly and was a very good host! We would definitely book here again. The views from the roof are amazing!

  I had a great stay at Sivan's apartment. It's in a great location within walking distance to central park, times square, 5th avenue and several subway stations. Sivan was very helpful in helping me find my way around and offered good suggestions of things to do and see. I would recommend Sivan's apartment to everyone.

  The apartment was located to all the major attractions with easy walking distance (Moma, Central Park, subways, Times Square ...) The view from the roof is amazing. Sivan answer very quickly to all our questions by emails. Recommend !

  Sivan was the perfect host. All our questions about the apartment were quickly answered via email (before and during our stay). The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The apartment was located to all the major attractions with easy walking distance and the place provides a sense of owing your own personal place in the NYC. Highly recommended.

  We had a perfect stay in New York at Sivan's apartment. First of all, the location is unbelievable, you're in the middle of everything. From the roof of the building you can see Central Park and a piece of Times Square! The apartment itself is on the 10th floor and offers a typical NY-ish view on the pandemonium in the streets.   My girlfriend and I stayed in September 2011 for 5 days at Sivan's apartment and we enjoyed sharing her apartment with a native New Yorker! The apartment presented itself clean and as shown on the pictures. Unfortunately, the bedroom is kind of small for two (this was not an issue for us, but you may consider that for longer stays).   Sivan always answered my e-mails promptly and was very receptive to any queries. When we arrived at the apartment she was waiting at the door and called us from the elevator. She then spent a half hour going through everything in the place and gave us some tips and pointers as to what to do during our stay.   Our experience with Sivan and her beautiful apartment was wonderful from the very beginning. We were born in the Bronx so we kind of know NYC even though we now lve in Las Vegas, but w brought frinds with us who had never been in NY so this was ideal for their first expeience.   It was a wonderful trip. Sivan was very welcoming and give us many addresses to visit or to go at night. Her apartment is very well situated: in the heart of Manhattan and just a step from Central Park. The view from the roof is amazing. The apartment is very clean, and big enough to accommodate at least 4 persons. Sivan is reactive and available if you have any problem. If we had to return to NY, we would go again to SIVAN:)

  Sivan was simply great in everything, as soon as we arrived in New York she texted us all the directions for the keys and the apartment, and left for us clean towels and soap. She told us everything about New York and the museums and most important the apartment was really clean and perfect!! But anyway these words might never be enough to describe our experience in her apartment!!

  We had a really good time in Sivan's apartment ! Its location is really perfect to visit NY : betwenn Time Square and Central Park. The apartment is comfortable : two nice bedrooms and a living room. Sivan left us great indications, gym cards, coffee for breakfast, towels, clean sheets and wash ustensils. The view from the roof is just incredible ! To conclude, I really recommend you to rent this apartment.

  Sivan's flat was very nice and comfortable, Sivan welcame us perfectly with kindness, and offered the breakfast for the week, she showed us the neighbourhood and the main places. The flat had everything necessary : equiped kitchen, flat tv, dvd player and movies. The location was exeptional and amazing, just at two steps of Colombus circle and Central park. We keep this address for another time and we hope to go back to Sivan's in winter.

  The location of the apartment could not be beat!! Sivan was pleasant and very hospitable, leaving us with instant coffee and breakfast food as well as some shampoos and lotions.   A very nice, bright and big room. The appartment is right in the center of everything, near Time Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Columbus Circle etc. A great loctation from where you can explore NYC - it’s very close to different subways. Sivan is a great and helpful host. She offers many maps, lots of wash utensils, her computer and even her gym card. She gave us plenty of tips and made us just feel home.   We stayed one week in the apartment. The room was clean and big. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quiet in the evening as well. We therefore had a very good sleep. The strength of the room is clearly the location! at a walking distance from Central Park, Times Square, and Columbus Circle. One weakness : the small living room with no windows, which does not invite to stay.
