Melissas apartment is located in a quiet street in a calm neighborhood. Bus stop around the corner on 1st avenue, crosstownbus and select bus at 79th, green subway 10 min walk from apartment. Restaurants and food stores very closeby. Central Park is about 15min walk away or a shorter bus ride away with M79. We had a very pleasant week at Melissa's place. The apartment is really well located, in a nice neighborhood, close from the subway station, the bus station and Central Park. You can find some nice restaurants only 1 or 2 blocks away.
Melissa is a great host. She managed to welcome us despite the delay we experienced with our plane landing. Moreover, we kept in touch by email during the week as she wanted to be sure everything was ok for us.

Melissa's apartment is in a very nice, safe and upscale part of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. There are many cafes, restaurants, food choices, etc. in the area. Many museums and Central Park are very close by.
Melissa's apartment is very nice and was well set-up with all required ammenities. She even included a list of local business with their contact information. During my stay I was in touch with Melissa via e-mail or phone and she was very responsive and helpful.
