I was renting to Maroussia when I was away so I never met her, but she seemed like an excellent guest.
When I got back 2 hours after she left, the apartment looked great and there was a nice thank you note. During her stay, she went out of her way to help another guest with the key handover and she didn't seem to mind even tho it was not her "job".
She was also very quick at answering emails about all the details of renting, which is great as a lot of the organisation has to be done over email when I'm not around.
I'd recommend her without a doubt.
