  We were the second guests to stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Le Marais. It is wonderfully located, within walking distance of many must see spots in Paris. The sun shines beautifully in the bedroom and in the kitchen/family room. Justin was a great host, and even left us some surprises in the house to enjoy. We would definitley recommend this apartment to any couple looking for a cozy and romantic stay.

  My friend and I loved our stay at Justin’s apartment in lovely Le Marais, you couldn’t find a better location. Metro with line 1 just around the corner, 2 supermarkets, and great bakery with a lovely breakfast around the corner as well, lots of delicacy stores in the neighbourhood.   The apartment is perfectly situated in central Paris as it's close to many great bars and restaurants and the sights are easy to walk to. The space itself is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Justin is a great host who gave many recommendations and even checked in midway through our stay to see how things were going.   What can one say about a week in Paris before Christmas. Fantastic. If you are palnning a visit this is the place to stay. Its a 2 minute walk to the latin Quarter with every type of restaurant imaginable. 5 minutes to Notre Dame. 5 minutes to Saint Germain.   Greeted by nice shoes, big glasses, warmth and friendliness. This place does what it says on the tin -- The studio is nicely renovated and clean. Lots of stairs, no lift. It felt like a classic week-in-paris story I've heard a thousand times. The view, however, is certainly *incredible*. Definitely stay here.   Perfect place in Paris. The loft is as it looks in the photos and in a great location, very close to Bastille. Reuilly Diderot, next metro station, is just around the corner. Lots of restaurants and a nice neighbourhood make this location unique. It's away from all the tourist spots but it's easy to reach the citycenter in a few minutes. Our stay was perfect. There are Velib bikes right out front for your Paris bike rides. Justin is a great host and communicator. The apartment itself is a little tight but that just adds to the charm of the place.   The apt was exactly as described. The apartment is in somewhat of the garment district. It was beautifully furnished and was exactly what i expected, a small but cute Paris apartment. Justin wasn't kidding about the steps, there are a lot, but it was fine. Justin also went out of his way and gave us a prepaid cellphone to use and a map of his favorite local spots. Consider six floors of stairs if you have any difficulty walking. The location is good but a little bit far from the major sights.   My girlfriend and I had a fantastic 10 day stay at Justin's top-floor apartment. While tiny by North American standards, the place had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a small, but well-equipped kitchen. Oh, and did I forget to mention the stunning birds-eye view of Paris rooftops, Centre Pompidou, and of course the beautiful Eiffel Tower?   This was my first experience with airbnb so I was a little apprehensive but no need to be. Everything was just as Justin described. The apartment is very comfortable and absolutely everything is there for you. It was a very hot week but the windows open up to give a good breeze and when closed the apartment is very quiet even with all the restaurants around. The area is great and the almond croissants at the boulangerie on justin's map are the best I've eaten!

  I HIGHLY recommend Justin . The apartment’s owner canceled our reservation 15 days before arrival, but Justin was extremely responsible and found out another one for us. It was a great apartment, clean, charming, very well equiped and for free, a beautiful park right in front with a waterfall and a metro line just in the corner. Although the kitchen is tiny, it has everything you need to cook a great breakfast and get going. Instead, there is a toilet and then, through what is called the second bedroom---actually an uncomfortable futon---, is a small tub with a hand held shower plus a decent-sized sink.
