  This was actually my first AirBnB experience, so I don't know where the bar is, but Jane set it pretty high for me. She responded to my messages on short notice, was helpful getting me checked in, and I was never bothered at all while there. Very quiet and private. The place itself has a lot of light, a nice, semi-kitch-y decor, and lots of space. The bathroom is small, and the hot water runs out fast, but everything works.   I enjoyed a wonderful stay here during a recent trip to Palo Alto - the house itself was lovely, very well-kept and conveniently located, and Jane was a charming host. I look forward to hopefully staying again when I'm next in town!

  Our stay was one of the first rentals for the Los Altos House so Jane quickly put into place all of our requests. The casita is has a wonderful feel modern feel with wonderful windows and great airflow. Jane is a wonderful host.

  This was really a magical experience. The pictures don't do this house justice. I am a huge bathroom and kitchen person and the showers and tub were out of this world. There were many people staying here and we never seemed to run out of hot water! That was really very nice. We did not have to buy coffee filters and soap, like I read in another review.   The Big Art Loft is a nice,big studio apartment---lot's of light and art, as well as closets and a separate living room style seating area. Wi-fi was very good. Things to consider: It's up a flight of stairs, around the main house from the street----if you have several bags, plan several trips back and forth from the car. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I was not expecting to have to go out to buy bath soap and coffee filters.

  Great bright space - perfect for beach and Abbot Kinney Boulevard shops and restaurants. Will definitely return.
