I am a 32 Year old landscape architect in my third year in new york.

I share the loft with my girlfriend so the place definitely has a woman's touch!

We both love new york and all of its culture and exposure to the arts but our real passion is actually to travel.

So come and enjoy my home and have some great experiences of the big apple.

We really enjoyed staying in Dave's loft, it is so spacious and light and beautifully furnished. We were there for 11 days so appreciated having room to spread out. It's well placed for subway access to all parts of the city and we enjoyed just walking through the financial district down to Stone Street for the pub life too. Dave made it all very easy for us, overall a great holiday experience.

Dave's place was a dream studio to stay in, fantastic amount of space, fully equipped kitchen, roomy dining and lounge area, great large windows allowing for beautiful evening breezes and a sunny lit space by day. This place easily felt like a home, dave's taste in decor was also an added bonus for anyone who appreciates travel, art and design. Dave's place was overall really nice, it has the perfect sunlight and space and although we weren't able to meet in person he seemed like a great human being over the phone. I did have some shortcomings like the fact that it was in the third floor of an apt without elevator and with a baby it was quite the task to get that stroller up and down. Dave's place at Beekman Street is a very nice, spacious loft. Although the listing says that it accommodates 3 people, we stayed there comfortably together with another couple, 4 people in total. Amenities include cable TV, DVD player, a large and very functional kitchen. It is situated at the third floor (no elevators) in a safe and quiet area of Manhattan with all sorts of shops and eating places around, very close to Fulton Street metro/subway station. We recently stayed at Dave's loft for 4 nights through the Christmas holiday. It was three of us, me and my two adult children. We enjoyed our stay very much. The loft is quite spacious for a NY apartment, very clean and in a great location. The subway is literally around the block from his apt. and it is also very easy to get a cab as well. He could not be there to check us in or out, but had a friend take care of it instead and that went very well. Thank you Dave so much for letting us... More »
