  John was extremely helpful during our stay and the apartment had a great infrastructure and the building is very nice. In cities like Mumbai it can be hard to find a comfortale and fairly place that is not dilapidated so we were happy to experience a higher end yet modest enough apartment. The helpder, Mayur, was also very easy going and willing to assist us with small errands.   Rooms very excellent and everything worked. Staff was very friendly and ready to help you in everything but not like professional hotel personnel. Food was excellent and much better than we could find in neighbourhood. Thus even if prices were high compared to local restaurants we would still recommend to eat in the appartment. If you want to visit good restaurants take a taxi and go a pit further.

  The apartment is very beautiful and cosy place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the meals which Mr Patel made very much. This is very good place also for children.

  For two families this apartment was nearly perfect. Spacious, nicely furnished, professionally ran, airy and functioning in al ways. Attention to details was admiring - especially compared what you'll find in India in general. Children - also our two newly adopted - enjoyed of the space, the warm atmosphere, the little playing space on the yard. And the garden is being planted, so more greenery will grow.
