Andrea luciano Jul 28, 2010	Wayne was a very nice host to us and the place was perfect to see the city. The apartment is close to downtown but quiet and comfortable. Wayne is also very knoledgeable about the city and gave us good advise.

Blake Jul 14, 2010	Great place to stay--convenient, comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a nicer hostess. Thankfully there's a new window unit a/c in the room, as it's on the top floor and gets quite warm otherwise, at least during July. Along with the other reviewers, top on my list of changes to recommend would be a different mattress, although what's there is functional for a night's rest, just very very soft. I especially enjoyed being right across the street from a great walking/jogging trail in a relaxing park along the water.
Juan sebastian Jul 09, 2010	Wayne is a wonderful hostess. She was always careful to give my wife and me the best directions to get to know Boston and more orfnt details. She was willing to resolve any concerns or questions about the itineraries that Boston has to perform. As for the care provided at home, was simply excellent. The room is decorated simply sensational with an incredible attention to detail. The same happens with the rest of the apartment. Wayne also talks about many topics and she is very interesting. We recommend "Sunny Room with Water Views" By Wayne Parrish to all those who want to know Boston or want to be a season in this beautiful city
Marshall Jul 07, 2010	wayne was great, all was as stated/photographed. the day i arrived she had procured an AC from a neighbor, utterly necessary. would suggest adding a small fan for circulation and newer full bed and/or futon. great walks, books and hospitality await-
Rebecca Jul 05, 2010	Wayne was the most gracious and friendly host! My husband and I stayed with her for 3 nights over 4th of July weeekend and Wayne gave us lots of pointers for navigating around the city and knew the best places to hit up the fireworks/have dinner etc. Her home is just outside the city, about a 20 minute walk from Fenway Stadium. Our room was neat and very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The only slight drawbacks were that we were there over a very warm weekend and the apartment isn't airconditioned (although Wayne did say that she was going to be installing a window unit soon). Pillows were awesome but could do with a bigger, newer mattress. Other than that, would highly recommend staying with Wayne!

Louis-christophe Jun 14, 2010	We had a great time. Wayne made us feel right at home, she gave us good tips on what to do in the city and Cape Cod. We had a great time in Boston and found ourselves always referring to her house as home rather than a B&B. She is well educated, knowledgable and fun to talk to and we enjoyed our nightly glasses of wine with her before going out.

Her home is immaculate & comfortable. The "T" is just around the corner, a beautiful pond & park right across the street. Perfect accommodations.
Roseanne May 30, 2010	Wayne is a lovely hostess. Her place is charming, and she is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is just as sunny and comfortable as pictured in the photo. She was attentive to our needs and wants and then allowed us our own space to come and go freely. It was like staying with an old friend -- although we had just met. She does the little thoughtful things that make the difference -- like an especially good Starbucks coffee. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely choose to stay with Wayne again.

The apartment is close to transportation, a grat big beautiful pond and just a few minuts away from shops, cafes and bars. Wayne is perfect at making her gests feel like at home. Definitely the place to stay both as single or (as me and my girlfriend) a couple.

Wayne is very welcoming and smiling. She will help you if you need informations about the city or place to visit in boston ! don't hesitate =)

She is very helpful, hospitable and just a very nice, warm person.Room has a lot of daylight and a great view from the window (pond,park,swans).Highly recommending this place.Location not far from downtown( shopping, pubs, cafes, etc. ),public transportation 2 minutes walk to the bus or T stop.This was my first time ever with AirBnB , and now because of Wayne I think wouldn`t be the last. If you`re planning to visit Boston , Wayne is the best choise for you.
Keven Apr 18, 2010	Wayne is an excellent hostess. You will be charmed by his kindness and hospitality. She ensures that her guests are comfortable and that they have a good time in Boston. Furthermore, the view is magnificent in her room and her condo is located near from downtown. The place is walking distance to pub, restaurant and Fenway Park. This was our first experience with AirBnB and it will not be our last. Do not hesitate one second to choose Wayne and her condo!!!

Yvette	When I visit Boston, I choose to stay with Wayne. (To be honest, I could stay anywhere; I lived there for 30 yearsJ.) Both Wayne and her condo are the perfect blend of old-school charm and elegance and new-school cool and casual. The location is perfect: a skip to all the major institutions, sites, shopping, clubs, restaurants; with a city feel and a world-class pleasant recreation park right across the street. And Wayne, whom I’ve also known for 30 years (geez…), has the perfect sense to balance people’s privacy and autonomy (leave people aloneJ) yet make help available. She’s the person to ask for the hottest club or the finest dining, the quickest way to the major destinations, and the inside tip on the best-kept secrets. I bet she has a stack of local maps and current brochures in the kitchen drawer. Her “Cheesy Eggs” are delicious!
Alby	As a recent guest, I found the accommodations to be well situated for easy access to Boston and Cambridge. Public transportation via bus and trolley make for a fun way to get around and take in the many museums and medical institutions. Perfect for visiting researchers and tourists. I highly recommend this cozy room with a view.
Jesa & john	Wayne's gracious hospitality and kindness are pretty much legendary among all her friends. Her apartment is cozy and elegant, and couldn't be better located for accessing all of Boston and the surrounding area. Parking nearby is reasonably easy, unlike most of Boston, and great places to eat and shop are but a brief walk away. As AirBnB hosts ourselves who have hosted many people, we think she will do a terrifically conscientious job of this, and that her AirBnB guests will be most happy staying at her home.
B	Wayne is such a kind hostess. One feels very comfortable and right at home and staying with her has proven to be such a great resource when I need to be in Boston! Her apartment is within a block of the Green Line (and thus just a short ride to all of the major districts in Boston) and is just off of two major thoroughfares (for accessing by vehicle - either to go to Boston suburbs or getting into or out of town). She is across the street from the continuous parks of the Emerald Necklace and blocks from Jamaica Pond, which is great to walk or to jog to, around and back. The place is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shopping. I highly recommend Wayne!!!!
