Hello! I really like traveling so I'm often out of town. I initially joined Airbnb for that reason. As a host I'm generally a little more careful than most and am the same way when I am a guest at someone's home. When traveling I dont usually stay at the house/apartment that much. In general I'm very quick to respond. Thanks!

The place is amazing. Super luxury building - extremely clean - and the VIEWS are breathtaking. Beds were VERY comfortable too! Since there was 2 of us, having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Also - the place is just a few blks from the 1 and N/R train, and in a safe neighborhood. I never felt any concerns coming home at night. There's also a really nice market right below the bldg with anything you need - coffee, groceries, prepared food, fresh vegs - organic too! We didn't have time to use... More »

The appartment was amazing. And the view was as described absolutely stunning. The owner was great and easy to communicate to, fast and absolute reliable! He is a very friendly host. Going back to New York we would always rent this fantastic place again. The Gym could not be better and for a swim there is a large pool.

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable. Owner is very nice and accomodating. Location is perfect, front desk is very friendly and building is amazing. You will not be dissapointed!!!

I contacted the host about staying at his place. He was extremely helpful and flexible. I had initial complications with my schedule and he was helpful through the changes. He was a fantastic host, respecting our privacy but also making himself available for any questions or needs we had as a guest. Host: He was great, the communication between us was the best part because he really tries to work around your schedule. Apartment: The views really say it all. Corner unit with waterfront views from each part of the apartment. The ritz carlton is just a few blocks from the apartment which goes to show it is in a great neighborhood.
