The perfect place to stay in NYC. The Williamsburg area has all the cool little cafes, bars and clubs you could ask for, but you're also only one subway stop away from Manhattan. Patrick's apartment is cool with a personal decor, and the guestroom is clean and has A/C (which came in handy during the hot summer days!) Also, Patrick was a great and accommodating host. Definitely recommended!

Patrick is a kind and helpful host, and his place is charming, clean and comfortable. Plenty of privacy, tastefully decorated and stocked with art and photography books, happy plants, giant windows and charming wood floors, The apartment is not air conditioned but the bedroom has its own AC window unit, which I only used while sleeping. The windows at the front and back of the apartment allow for a pleasant cross-breeze, and the giant tree out front and grapevines out back keep the building in shade. The apartment's only weakness may be the cramped quarters of the single stall shower w/curtain—very minor, but the bathroom skylight and overall airiness of the place more than compensated for it. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to all Williamsburg's dining and music venues, the subway, and the East River State Park waterfront with striking Manhattan views at sunset. Patrick was very flexible with my changing schedule, and I ended up extending my stay an extra 3 days. Thanks Patrick!

We could not have found a better place to stay. Patrick is a very nice and charming host, who gave us lots of information, and made us feel at home. We felt like we were in the heart of Williamsburg. We would recommend it to anyone who would like to live in a neighborhood, enjoy good food, music and great atmosphere.

Staying at Patrick's place was just perfect for me! He was very accommodating and was a pleasant host. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the entire apartment. It was a cool experience, feeling quite the New Yorker!
I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I visit my niece in Williamsburg.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Patrick's apartment. Patrick is a very thoughtful and kind host . It was fun getting to know him and his hood. I would return in a heartbeat . . .

Patrick and his Brooklyn apt are quite lovely - Had a very nice stay. Patrick is very friendly and helpful while also giving lots of privacy. The apartment is located in a very charming neighborhood with great boutiques, and cafes. Glad I stayed there!

Patrick's space is lovely and clean and he's a very nice guy. As a single woman, I was a bit reluctant to stay with a man I didn't know, but he had great reviews from a number of other women travellers, so I went with my instincts and they proved on point. He's respectful, polite, and even helped carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The place looks just like it does in the photos, and has a minimalist, stylish and artful feel. And the neighbourhood's probably one of the best places to stay in all NYC. I recommend Patrick's place without hesitation.

Staying with Patrick in Williamsburg Brooklyn was a fantastic experience of life in NYC. I really enjoyed Patrick's company and the location of Landmark is truly inner city but a haven if you need time out. Patrick was a wonderful host who gave great space while also being available for a chat or questions if need be. The location is close to great vintage shopping and good coffee at Bedford Avenue and only a few subway stops away from the big city. The subway is very close too. Actually i could not have picked a better environment to stay in for my first experience of New York. I highly recommend staying at Landmark. It was fantastic and i would stay there again.

Ein gutes Quartier (Williamsburg mit seiner künstlerisch, alternativen Szene) ein äusserst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter mit einer schön eingerichteten, sehr gepflegten Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist schön (alles wie auf den Photos) und gibt ein Gefühl von "Heimat" was in dieser riesigen Stadt sehr angenehm ist. Zudem ist Subway L eine schnelle und angenehme Verbindung zu Manhatten.

Une belle chambre, très bien située dans le quartier artistique et alternatif de Williamsburg (mon lieu préféré) Patrick crée un lieu de vie accueillant et réconfortant. Je recommande cette adresse*****

I'd wholeheartedly recommend staying with Patrick if you're planning a trip to NYC. My friend and I considered staying in a hotel and I'm so glad we didn't- Patrick was a terrific host, and staying with him added so much to the holiday. He recommended great bars, beautiful walks and also gave us a cup of tea at the end of a long day- what more can you ask for!
Room and location also great.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, bar a very annoying experience with the wifi, which Patrick did everything he could to fix, and said he would get a better solution for the future. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed very comfy. Without wifi access though, it wasn't a great place for us to stay while travelling, we ended up having way too much bad coffee and crappy lunches by having to choose places that offered free wifi. Other than that, the location is superb and the apartment is quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend a trip for dinner to La Superior on Berry St if you are staying, the food is superb. We would definitely stay here again if the wifi was fixed.

A great apartment, a super host, and a great location.
The apartment was cozy, clean and quiet, everything you need to escape the busy city your visiting. The place is surrounded by great restaurants and close to Manhattan.
Patrick was warm and welcoming.

Pat is great guy, very relaxed and welcoming. He lives in a stunning, impeccably clean apartment that you will get to have half including a lovely bedroom and a big loungeroom. With wifi! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and likely will be seeing him again sometime soon.

Patrick's apartment was a great place to stay- warm and spacious. The apt. is a mear block from Bedford Ave. and the subway which made it easy for us to get around the city!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was conveniently located near our daughters apartment and was clean and fairly well appointed. Warning! The building is historic and the stairs are a bit out of kilter so hold on tight if you are climbing after a few glasses of wine.

Patrick and his apartment made our stay in NY relaxing. Great safe and quiet place to come back to after a long day in the chaotic city. Felt like we had the apartment all to ourselves - Patrick is very quiet and easy going. The apartment has a lot of character - spacious, warm and spitting distance from the subway. Thanks Patrick!
