  The best thing about Annie's place: LOCATION! Close to transit, close to bars, close to bagels, and Grumpy's is across the street. Seriously, get some coffee. Furniture is bare basics but the pricing reflects that. Even so, the bed is one of the comfiest even among expensive hotels. My fiance (yeah we'll get to that) and I, both agree. We slept so well. Thanks to a brilliant trip we're now engaged and a comfortable place to stay certainly played its part. Thanks Annie!

  Stayed for 2 weeks at Annie's Chelsea apartment over Xmas and found it to be the perfect location if you want to really live like a New Yorker!   Annie's apartment is the best! Annie met us there when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed. It is in a great location too. We were only a couple blocks away from the subway and only a few blocks away from Central Park. There were many restaurants and bars close by so my friends and I were able to walk everywhere.   Ha sido una estancia genial. Annie se ha portado muy bien y nos ha ayudado en todo. El apartamrnto esta a tres paradas de la 51. Asi que es ideal porque puedes descansar por la noche y a la vez estas a 10 min del centro. Hay una parada de metro a dos calles del apartamento. En definitiva, Genial!!!!!!

  The apt is in a great location. Actually across the street from NYPD which was comforting. If you stay here you should check out the Donut Plant on 23rd (They are known for their pb & j donut but the pumpkin and coconut cream are also very good).   Very nice appartment ! All shops and services available directly in the neighbourhood. Ideal when planning to visit the museums on 5th which are at walking distance. Subway only two blocks away. Nice comfortable bed and the WIFI provided is very usefull.   We had a great 3 night stay here while in town for a wedding. The apartment is comfy and perfect for a couple running around the city on a busy weekend. Situated in Chelsea, it's got access to bagels and coffee for breakfast as well as quite a few other neighborhood restaurants, and (most important for us) it's near several major train lines (just 20 minutes to Central Park or 20 to Brooklyn).   Lovely small apartment in a great area near to the subway and good restaurants. The stairs were not an issue for my boyfriend and I. The wifi did connect on my iphone but wouldn't work, but I think it may have been my phone that was the issue. Would stay there again :)

  Annie was incredibly easy to work with, especially since there was a last minute change up with our plans regarding check-in. I didn't get to meet Annie myself but my sister (who picked up the keys) noted that she was eager to accommodate.   Good sized flat for 2 people, confortable and well equiped (although the person who slept in the bed that had wheels found it a little disconcerting), quiet residential neighbourhood but extremely well situated for central Park, museums, etc. The water temperature on the bath tub was a little difficult but on the whole we would give it 18 out of 20.   The whole experience (from the first email exchange to the check out) was great, Anneis for sure a great host, the apartment is great, not very big but well it's NYC! Very well located, near the subway and and steps from good restaurants I really recommend it. Perhaps the only issue we've noticed was the noise, the street is not noisy at all but at night you can listen almost everything, nothing big but and issue after all.

  Unfortunately there were major renovations going on at the time of our stay in Chelsea that ruined our time there. I would have hoped there could have been prior knowledge and warning of these renovations. We did get some compensation and it was good that airbnb and Annie took responsibility but nevertheless our experience was negative.

The apartment had everything one would need and was nicely decorated. Even though the kitchen was small, it had every piece of kitchen equipment you would need to make a gourmet meal. Easily accessible to and from the city, the apartment is also located across a police station which makes it very safe - not that Chelsea is an unsafe area but it helps with that additional level of comfort. Chelsea is a lovely area, very safe and has plenty of bars and restaurants (the famous Murray's Bagels is two blocks away). The apartment is close to everything, subway stations for pretty much every line is located within 3 blocks of the apartment. The neighborhood is really safe and very alive.   Terrific place!! I’d definitely stay there again. The lovely location is central and very safe, with everything--shops/great eateries/transportation--right around the corner. Very cozy, quiet and clean, the apt. has hi-tech appliances (cable!) and a very comfortable bed. Annie was there to greet us. We found goodies in the large fridge; useful toiletries in the bathroom. It was surprisingly perfect. We really didn’t want to leave.

  Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Glamourous Chelsea studio and enjoyed every minute we spent in it. To begin with the location is excellent near the metro/bus and tons of great restaurants. The apartment itself had everything you could think of from the high quality groceries to items you might of forgotten at home. Overall I highly recommend Annie's place.
