  We had a wonderful stay with Josh, Stephie and Chanhassen. They were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and charming. The bathroom is great and comes with clean towels. We were very grateful for their hospitality and all the gestures they extend to their traveler. I would highly recommend this as an option to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet place to rest and refresh during their travels.

  STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Josh was so helpful even though we showed up very late! Very comfortable room and he went out of way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was literally minutes from downtown! Thanks for everything!

  I recommended Josh & Stephie as hosts. My daughter and I stayed there during an apartment-hunting trip to Nashville. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and our hosts provided sound advice about Nashville. A smile from Chanhassen is a great way to start the day. We would return.

  Josh and Stephi were amazing hosts! We stayed for 3 nights and the bedroom and bath were clean and comfortable. We were familiar with Nashville, but they were so kind to give us more information and directions as needed! They made us feel welcome, and gave us space and privacy.   Josh and Stephie were very welcoming and warm! They did everything to make our stay comfortable such as offering us breakfast and giving my boyfriend and I privacy. The house is charming, because it is an old house they are renovating. The room was large and clean.   Josh and Stephie were very hospitable. I had a great stay and they did everything to make me comfortable. The room is huge and you could easily fit a family in it. I had clean sheets, towels and Josh was very kind to help me find my way about town. The location is close to downtown and a bus runs down the road. Their place is not posh, but spartan and comfortable. I recommend you stay here, especially if you're in a group or bringing the family.

  Josh was really accommodating and attentive, which was amazing since Stephie just had a baby the week before. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The house is super close to downtown. We really enjoyed staying there.

  Josh and Stephie provided a clean, comfortable and exceptionally hospitable place for my girlfriend and I to spend the night. Their house is amazing, the sleeping quarters ample and the location is five minutes away from downtown Nashville.
