  We stayed with Ingrid for 3 days and I must say she was a darling. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even had the local bus timetables for us. The apartment is lovely and Ingrid had even got Danish's for us! Ingrid recommended we have breakfast at a Cuban restaurant called Victor's 59. We found out later that it featured in a US TV cooking progam called "Diners, drive-in's and dives." The food was excellent. Thanks Ingrid for your hospitality.

  Highly recomended! The room was very comfortable, Ingrid is great, and her apartment is in a really nice neighbourhood. Overall, I can't imagine finding a better place to stay in Minneapolis!

  This is a great old Minneapolis apartment building with all the charm and warts! The futon is sink-into-oblivian comfy, and the air conditioner a must for those hot and humid Minneapolis nights. I love the board and cement block bookshelves in the room which were the same thing I had in my own apartment in the early 1970s! The vintage old desk is a great place for your high-speed internet connection. (I found that Ingrid is a computer whiz when I had issues with my laptop!) This is a... More »

  Comfortable room at a reasonable cost, bus stops close at hand and easy access to downtown, airport, etc. Variety of fresh food and beverages provided. Very satisfying.

  close to everything, great restaurants in neighborhood, comfortable room with wireless. ingrid even stocked the fridge.
