This is the second time I've stayed with Ron, as it is a no-brainer for me to book with him on any New York trip. This time around I wasn't able to enjoy the city as much as I had wanted to, because work circumstances kept me glued to the computer.
This wasn't so bad, mostly because the loft itself is big and beautiful and a pleasure to be in, which made it more bearable and also because Ron is discreet and gracious, so I always felt right at home.
Ron's place was great. Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The views and the coffee were first class. Great place to stay and Ron is a fantastich host. Highly recommended.
We stayed at Rons for 18 nights during September and "did" NYC. We had a great time and Rons accommodation had a lot to do with it. Ron's place was amazing! One of the best views in NYC, and a lovely host to boot. At the end of the day, it was so relaxing and chill for my business partner and I to be able look upon the cityscape, and plot our next moves. I definitely want to stay here again.

This space was perfect for my stay in NYC. It was very conveniently located to all of my New York needs. My room was everything I needed and could want. The space was clean, well lit and private. The views were Great! This was my first experience with Airbnb and sharing an apartment. I am glad to say that both were Fantastic. Ron was an amazingly friendly host. Would recommend him always. He helped us out with all our questions. The appartment had a central location to the Empire state building, Times Square, Penn station and a lot of other sights. Were just a footwalk away. Not forgetting to mention the great rooftop patio with view over downtown Manhattan.

The Loft is well located near Time Square. It's clean, big, with an amazing view on the buildings, especially by night.
Ron is a fantastic host. He is present but discrete, he gave us very good advices to enjoy NYC with our children, he spent also some time discussing about NY now and then, about his job as a photographer. It's a true plus to share NY with somebody leaving the city for years.

I had to find a bed for one night in NYC, I sent a request to Ron and he immediately answered me on Airbnb. We quickly figured out how to do it and my stay in his beautiful loft was perfect. Ron is very gentle and did his maximum to make my stay confortable and easy.

Ron was so very kind and accommodating - and his loft is immaculate, beautiful, and has a tremendous view! My son and I stayed there while in NY to catch a few shows on Broadway, and the location was perfect for that.

Wow! A beautiful loft apartment and a great host. Very convenient to both Javits Center (I was in town for a convention) and Penn Station. The view doesn't quit, and the apartment is impeccably decorated.

I stayed with Ron for one night, which I highly recommend. Ron's a nice guy, great host, very welcoming. His space is larger than it appeared from the photo I saw, with a kitchenette and great views of the city. The space is not private, which wasn't an issue for me, but could be for some travellers or for an extended stay. Our stay with Ron exceeded all our expectations. He is a wonderful host, he took so much care of us but we never felt pushed into anythingts. It was like living in a small family. Every morning we've been served with specially prepared coffee. Great - Ron is a gentle and friendly host, does a very fine coffee, and his loft has a great view. The walled off room in the corner more than fits the purpose and offers a real alternative to central NYC hotels.
My girlfriend and I visited New York for the first time. We stayed at Ron's apartment for a week and had a terrific time.
The apartment itself is fantastic, within walking distance to Time Square and other attractions such as the Empire State Building.

Ron was a gracious host and the apartment was spectacular. Although I was only there one evening, Ron went out of his way to make sure I had directions to wherever I was going. Next time i stay in New York, I hope Ron has availability. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Ron's apartment was great, it's clean, cozy and located only few minutes walk from midtown Manhattan. I was there for 4 weeks last summer, and I really had a good time staying there. Ron was truly an excellent host, easy to connect with, and helpful even before i arrived. This was my first AirBnB stay, and he made it easy for me.
