I'm an attorney currently living in Los Angeles (previously lived in SF for 2 years and NYC for 7 years). My wife and I have a young daughter. This fact is blowing my mind presently.
Style of Travel: Not exactly sure what "style of travel" means, but here's a couple things that might fall under that category. (Note: I don't consider my views on traveling to be profound or original. So, please, don't take these as vanity.) When vacationing, I prefer renting rooms/houses over hotels. (I associate hotels with business travel.) I prefer to seek out experiences rather than sight-see. Sparsely populated venues (e.g., beaches) are preferable to crowded ones. (Except for cities and festivals, where fewer people make for scary and/or sad experiences. )
Favorite Destinations: South Africa, New Zealand, Hawaii
Favorite Dishes: Well-prepared ones.
Favorite Books: Islands in the Stream, Travels With Charley, Justice for Hedgehogs, Freedom (J. Franzen), East of Eden
Hobbies: Competitive Soccer, Crosswords, Nature/Cosmology TV
