A russian Israeli, living in Amsterdam. I engineer software, enjoy cooking, biking, and since beginning of 2011 - sailing. I love music, and night life, going out yet I'm rather quiet. And I am fond of cats.
As a guest for me critically important are: hot shower, WiFi, and to have a little private space so that I can close the door separating me from the outside world, and take a break. Secondarily comes either a central location, or at least no more than a few minutes-walking distance to the public transport.
There are of course many other things I require, but from my experience of staying in b&b accommodations I was very surprised not to find any that meet those very simple needs.
For my guests I intend providing everything I'd expect as a guest myself, so that their stay at my place will be comfortable and enjoyable.
Regretfully, a failure to comply with my check-out policy due to a clear miscommunication has affected the entire experience of staying at my place for Kevin and his partner.
