This was my first time using airbnb.com, also my first experience renting my place out, and Kerwin made it an excellent experience! Kerwin was clear in his communication in making plans to reserve my place and he was also flexible with my schedule. Kerwin was polite, respectful and as soon as I met him I felt at ease leaving my home in his hands.
