Just perfect.
The welcome was great, the place is very clean and very cosy. Our host organises things very well...
The place is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Manhattan, not far from Empire state Building, Flatiron Building...
If one of my friend wants to go back to NY, I will definitely recommend this address...

Appartment was great, as described in the announcement. Everything was perfect, Lotta and friend Laura friendly and always available for questions. Super practical location, not the quietest in the summer time (oh manhattan...) but cool nonetheless in the super hot weather.

The apartment was great! EVERYTHING WAS LOVELY. Communication was consistent between Lotta and I. I missed my bus, and then my flight, then my next flight was delayed. So I ended up arriving much later than expected. But as soon as I got to NYC, things could not have run more smoothly. I loved the neighbourhood and the other tenants in the building were very warm and friendly. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you Lotta!

Lotta was such a good hostess! She answered all of my questions patiently and in detail, so I knew what to expect when I was there. She really went the extra mile for me to accommodate my girly needs as I was traveling light and couldn't afford to bring everything that I would like to. I'd love to stay at her place again. The 'hood was cute and friendly and convenient. Highly recommended!

Lotta was an excellent host and her location is ideal for exploring the East Village. We had no problems during our stay and were conveniently located within walking distance of the subway.

Can warmly recommend Lotta's place for any one travelling to NYC. It's a nice cosy flat, super clean and in a great location. And Lotta is very friendly and easy going which made the stay even nicer. I will definitely book room this again for next time I'm over!

We stayed at Lotta's place, which is kept very tidy and clean. Great location! Tons of great restaurants/cafes around. Subway is a short and pleasant walk away, so we didn't even bother with the bus. Bars outside could be a bit distracting if you are not used to city life, but we had no problem falling asleep with window open. Lotta is a great host!

The Location was perfect for our trip. Bus across the street, Subway a few blocks up, Banjo Jims and Otto's even closer. Very clean and comfortable and Lotta is the perfect hostess. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much !

My recent stay with Lotta in her clean and comfortable apartment was excellent. Her apartment is an ideal location for exploring any of the five boroughs with a choice of buses passing the door, and the subway only a short walk away. East Village is a lively area of Manhattan with many bars and cafes to choice from and a great place to stay if visiting New York City.

This is the second time in 10 days I stayed with Lotta. I would have stayed the two nights with her as well but someone else had booked those nights. I came back though and will continue to come back again and again. A finer and more welcoming host you can't find anywhere. The apartment is in the best part of Manhattan and everthing is so accessible, restaurants bars, subways the lot. I love New York and Lotta has made me love it more. ciao Carolina C from Australia

I had a fabulous time staying at Lotta's. My host was more than welcoming and so very friendly. Her little apartment is a treat in one of the best parts of Manhattan. Everything you need is within walking distance. I was intending to stay only 3 nights then extended it to 5. I would have loved to stay the whole week. I will be back.

Had a lovely stay at Lotta's apt. She was not there but she had everything arranged for easy access. The apartment is comfortable and clean...but unfortunately- no coffeepot!!! It is centrally located to many nice cafes, shops, and the East Side Tavern for a nightcap!Had a great time at Lotta's!!

Lotta was just great, very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to her clean and comfortable apartment. We were also 2 minutes from our daughter in the East Village which is like home away from home for us. Thanks Lotta!!!!!

I stayed with Lotta for a week in November. She's a great host. The place is clean and the room has a very comfy bed. The location is perfect with bus stops right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.
Don't miss out the coffee at Ninth Street Espresso down the street.

We stayed with Lotta for two nights and were very satisfied with the experience. The space is very clean and comfortable, in a brilliant location. Lotta is very hospitable, and made us feel quite welcome. Highly recommended.
