Fantastic apartment just steps away from the NYU Medical Community, perfect for visiting colleagues to have a private place to relax and work. Blair was so responsive and helpful and the apartment was beautiful and clean! I highly recommend Blair's services!
Great place, location and view. You can see Statue of Liberty from one window and the new One World Trade Center tower construction from another. Very comfortable and Blair was very helpful!

I stayed three weeks in Blair's apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is a very nice 1BR (about 28sqm) in an excellent and thriving area. Safe at night.
Blair was absolutely efficient in communication before I arrived, and was there to give me the keys and show how things worked. The apartment had just been cleaned, with plenty of towels and bedsheets for the entire stay.

We just returned from a 5-night stay in Blair's studio in Midtown east. The studio was very clean and in a prime location - 5-min walk to the subway (45-min train ride door-to-door from JFK!), restaurants and other amenities, walking distance to lots of major sights in NYC! The unit is well-equipped with a very functional kitchen and washer/dryer which were all very useful during our stay. We stayed for a month in Blair's East Village Apartment. I can not recommend the apartment highly enough. Blair was super friendly and very helpful with local knowledge. The apartment was very clean, with modern fixtures (even a dishwasher!) and in the BEST LOCATION! I would definitely stay here again. My best airbnb experience ever!

Blair was a fabulous host. The apartment was clean, safe, comfortable, and just as described. We had 5 guests for a few nights and it worked out great. The location of this apartment is convenient to all subway lines. We were very happy with our accomodations. I would not hesitate to recommend Blair as a host to friends and I will definitely book with her when I visit NYC again.
When we were looking for a place at the last minute, she helped us by making us an offer and being very quick to respond to messages. We met Blair when she helped us get settled in an apartment in midtown west. She was very pleasant and helpful and made us feel comfortable.
