  Kevin was a gracious host and gave us the tour of his well appointed apartment before leaving us to our own devices. It is clear that he is in design and there are some great pieces that we admired during our stay. If you've been to Philadelphia then you know how great this location is. If you haven't a (website hidden) Map of the block will show you how many restaurants and shops are nearby and that many of the sites in the city are a short walk away.   We had a great time for our first time in Philly and a big part of that was because we had a comfy, clean, cool space to come back to. Kevin was the perfect host and his apartment is one of the coolest. It made our trip extra special.

  Ditto to John J. Great place. Great location. Lots of restaurants and Caffeinated is a great coffee shop.

  Kevin's place is fabulous. It's not often that you stay somewhere and feel you have to take a bunch of pictures to show your friends. It's just filled with awesome stuff. And beyond that, a great location. In a fairly short walk we passed by some street art, a great park, plenty of coffees shops, and a farmer's market.

  This was an ideal place to stay--absolutely central location--within walking distance of many different neighborhoods in Philadelphia Center City, and with easy subway access as well. The apartment building is secure, and i loved the apartment--it was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet given the busy location.   Kevin's apartment was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better location, the apartment was beautiful and clean, and Kevin was very considerate. I highly recommend staying in this apartment if you're going to Philadelphia.
