The location is wonderful. The apartment is a bit small but it is appropriate and most of New York appartments are small. We were with three persons and that fitted fine. Paul was very nice and helpful in the start. We enjoyed the place very much.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal (tout près d'une station de métro, tout près de restaurants). En revanche, il n'y a qu'un lit assez confortable, les enfants dormant dans un convertible tout petit ; il ne me parait pas convenir pour quatre personnes, dont deux ados de grande taille. On ne peut pas y prendre de repas car il est très mal équipé. Ce serait sympa de prévoir un kit de nettoyage pour les "guests" qui viennent de loin. La propreté laisse également à désirer.

I've always wanted to stay on St. Marks ever since I was a young kid that went to the city on weekends and hung out on that block, and this apartment did not disappoint! It's in an amazing location, convenient to a few subway lines, across the street from yaffa cafe which is open 24/7, and the place is big for a NY pad with two bedrooms, both with comfy mattresses. Will definitely look this place up next time I need a private, yet lively place to stay in the city.

Very nice neigbourhood. Dark apartment, The apartment seems smaller than it really is, because the owner has a lot of personal stuff inside. We didn't like, that the owner went to get his stuff from time to time, even without our knowlegde - others might think that it wouldt be ok.

Everything was excellent! All emails and queries were promptly replied to, Paul met us on time despite our flight being delayed and the apartment was clean & just as it was advertised. The location was unbeatable with cool boutiques, cafes/ bars and take-out food all minutes walk away. Getting around on the rest of Manhattan was easy also with metro stops a couple of minutes walk away. It was great to come home to a hot shower & warm bed at the end of a busy day. Well, we have to admit that this place was a lot smaller than the photographs indicated, and the bars on the windows definitely gave us a bit of a fright. We stayed 2 weeks in Lucias apartment and enjoyed it very much! We had our little girl (8 months) with us, and that worked well. The apartment is comfy, but not really quiet for a kid who goes to bed at 8 PM. The heating is rather noisy (but hot) and the restaurant under the apartment is busy until 11. Lucia's place is great. A nice and cosy place with cable television (with a nice big screen tv!) free wifi, and in an amazing location. Saint marks ave is a great street with lots of restuarants bars and even a supermarket. Lucia and Paul are great hosts and were very quick when we needed anything. Great city, great place

Stayying in Lucia's apartment was great. Although I never met her in person, she was a great timely communicator via email and text. When I did need something immediately and needed to call she picked up the phone. Her assistant Paul was the person to let us into the apartment, he was on time and the exchange was efficient and quick. Couldn't have been better - incredible location, relatively large, comfortable apartment. Lucia has a new assistant, Paul, who lives across the hall. Paul is incredibly attentive - he made sure the place was clean and was very helpful. The beds were also quite comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great and the people were very nice. The area was amazing, filled with shops and restaurants and all the bustle you could hope for in NY. A big plus was that the apartment, despite the busy location, was not on the street side and thus quiet enough to sleep in til 2pm (recovering from NY fun). It was clean, comfortably fit 2 people (and a 3 could have easily crashed on the couch) and the bed was nice and soft.

Our stay at Astor place was great! Comfortable bed, enough space, easy to use kitchen and bathroom. The only reason I didn't give 4 starts is that they don't provide towels, however there is a KMart a block away where you can buy them. The location of the apartment is very good . 7 Saint Mark's Place has a market across the street and restaurants, bars and people all around. The apartment has wooden floors, the bedroom is separated from the main living space, there is air conditioning, it´s perfect for 2/3 persons and very cheap!! The apartment on Saint Marks Place is in a great, great location! We had our three kids with us, and they definitely enjoyed the neighborhood. We were a little concerned when the person leaving keys for us was about 20 minutes late and some of the bed sheets were not yet changed. But after that, we had a great stay. The Noho location allowed us the opportunity to really make the most of our busy 2 week stay in New York, but also gave us a quiet, peaceful retreat to come back to. We had a great stay for Mothers Day weekend. Janil was so nice and easy to work with and helpful. The only problem we had was the internet didn't work. The apartment was in a great location, easy walk to subway, awesome deli on corner and abundant nightlife.
