  abbiamo passato una bella vacanza a NY perché la casa di Pierre si trova in un ottima posizione!Tutto quello che serve (e molto di più)è proprio sotto casa!!Ristoranti, farmacia, pub, bar, e metropolitana a pochi passi!! Ma abbiamo trovato la casa sporca(soprattutto la cucina), lenzuola bucate, polvere ovunque e impianto elettrrico un po' datato.Se devo dire la verità non credo che i soldi da noi versati(obbligatoriamente!!) per le pulizie verranno veramente usati per quelle!

  We spent a week in Pierre's apartment in August 2010 and loved it. There were 7 of us (4 adults & 3 children) so it was a bit of a squeeze but otherwise the apartment had everything you could need & best of all was the location. Fantastic spot, close to everything & really hip, cool neighbourhood. Pierre & Emily were really helpful, gave us lots of directions & very accommodating. We would love to return to Pierre's apartment & hope to do so in December. We would highly recommend this place... More »

  Pierre was an accomodating host and hardly home so felt like I had the entire apartment to myself. Great location and neat set up - would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making my stay in NY a pleasant one, Nadya

  I was in Soho on business and had to work very very late. So we often missed each other. But, Pierre's place was so conveniently close to the office. I never had to take the cab back. Even at 5:30 in the morning. Pierre was very accommodating to my hectic schedule while i was in town. Thank you for the Stay and your hospitality Pierre!
