We are family of 5 from Irl Two teenage girls and boy 11 - We stayed in Tracys place in July 2010 - We were very happy with the accomodation , location and host - The expereience did what it said on the label - Would have no hesitation in reccomending - It's not Park Avenue but it's certainly adequate for a holiday stay - Seán

Loved it!! We rented the whole 3-BR apartment for our vacation and it was perfect for our group of six. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, great living space. It felt very homey and welcoming, and had everything we needed.
The location couldn't be beat. Less than one block to Subway and right on the edge of Meatpacking/Chelsea. I loved going to the Chelsea Market every morning and walking on the Highline, both within just a couple blocks.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Tracy!! :)

tracy is an excellent hostess and her apartment is clean and light and roomy. my bed was a futon and it was really comfortable! the location is fantastic. all transportation nearby and great restaurants right there in the 'hood.

We had a perfect stay in Tracy's app.
A perfect location, near the subway station & fast in the centre of New York, enough space for 6 adults, perfect internet connection, very quite in the building, everything was clean and the app very original decorated.
In one word: GREAT !
We'll comme back!

We stayed for a weekend at Tracy's apartment and we really enjoyed it! The place is really nice and cozy, and Tracy is a perfect host! We were 7 adults and we had enough space for all, she gave us suggesting on places to go to, the internet was working perfectly and the place was very clean and quite. We would definitely go back!

I had a wonderful time staying at Tracy's place. The room and the apartment were bright, clean, well furnished and everything I needed was provided. The apartment was friendly, warm and beautifully decorated.
Tracy is a lovely woman who helps out with any questions about the city, she made me feel very comfortable and completely at home. I'm sure we will remain friends.
I couldn't of found a better place and host.

I stayed at Tracy's for a week. She's a great hostess, super friendly & nice, she'll make you feel right at home the moment you step in. The apartment is so pretty and clean, the room I was given was bright and spacious, lots of light, and I slept in the most confortable bed ever!
The neighbourhood is great, perfect location with a convenient subway stop a block away or plenty to do in the area, day & night.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Tracy is super friendly, helpful, clean and organized (there's a difference between the last two descriptors and I'm happy to report Tracy and her apartment are both!). The apartment has a 'vibe' that made me feel right at home. The bed was SUPER comfy and the room perfectly appointed with new linens and towels! The building is in one of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan, and always felt safe and secure; it's also conveniently located (Manhattan is built for convenience but some areas really are more convenient than others and this building sits in one of those areas). I loved how the heater warms the room nicely (a BIG plus if you're visiting NYC in Fall/Winter!). I would definitely stay here again! Tracy is a great hostess!

I spent ten days in Tracy's place with two co-workers on a work trip from Seattle and had a blast. Staying in her apartment felt so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel and her place was close to everything that I like. The neighborhood is very pretty for the big city with a large elevated park walk nearby, coffee right around the corner, a 24hr diner on the corner that serves breakfast anytime as well as all kinds of other great well priced resteraunts. The meat packing district with tons of nightlife, high class shopping and plenty of character is right around the corner. I would say, except for the tiny little elevator in her apartment complex (which I still used every day, it just made me laugh the first time I saw it) that she defenately deserves the five star rating that I'm giving her.

Tracy is a wonderful host and offers a very clean apartment in a terrific NYC location. The building is quiet and safe, and the apartment is newly decorated with Tracy's designer touches. She will make you feel right at home.

this deal is a steal. tracy's apartment is always comfortable & clean - a huge bonus. she is the most respectable hostess; available if you need her, quiet if you don't. location is awesome. plenty of trains to catch barely a block away. neighborhood has it all... really. 5 stars!
