Heya,
My name is Nathalie and I'm Swiss-Singaporean. I grew up in the Philippines and moved to Australia from there. After living 'Down Under' for almost nine years, I decided to move to Europe three years ago. I've been working as a chef at a well-respected hotel in Soho for just over 6 months now.
I really love living in London; it's an amazing city that has so much to offer. I love to travel and the fact that flights out of London are relatively cheap and easy to come by is an incredible bonus!
I've worked as a graphic designer/copy writer in the past and would love to get back to doing more writing/art work, but until then... you'll find me either in the kitchen (our hours are insane!) or hanging out with friends: going for drinks, dancing, watching a movie, travelling, checking out markets, etc.
My flatmates are both chefs with whom I've worked with in the past. They're both lovely people: Yara is in her mid-30's and has roots that include Greece, New Zealand and Iraq; Rhys is in his mid-20's and is half Welsh, half English.
