I am a musician and financial consultant for non-profit art organizations. I have subletted my apartment many times and it has always been a great experience for all involved. My place is cozy and unique, clean and inspiring. I have had many artists/creative types tell me that they have made some of their best work while staying here.

We had a great stay in Kerry's lovely apartment. The location is great, really easy to get to from JFK airport (taxi $35), restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance and several subways stops really close by. The apartment is nice and quiet, really fast WiFi, kitchen was well-equipped and good shower with lots of hot water - perfect for one or two people. Kerry is an awesome host! She was able to accommodate me at the last minute, had an ongoing list of places and events to explore, and is available should you need anything else. Icing on the Cake: - Her place is clean & cozy. - The decor is entertaining - The bed is so comfortable, you might not want to get out. :] - Super close to the subway!

From the first second she opened the door to welcome me in her Williamsburg appartment, I felt the kindness of beautiful Kerry. Too bad she had to rush to her family for Christmas cauz I could had spend the whole weekend talking with her about music and so much more I'm sure... If I could give her more stars I would. Kerry was wonderful and the apartment was fabulous - extremely clean, very cool, comfortable bed, walking distance to the subway lines and in a good neighborhood. I went on this trip by myself so I was a little worried about being in the city but it was absolutely perfect. She took the time to tell me about New York and make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Kerry!

I've stayed at Kerry's place many times while she was away on tour. It is a very inspiring flat in a vintage building with lots of charm. The space is very warm and welcoming and you'll never run out of fun things to explore with her great art and record collection. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the heart of Williamsburg. Just a few blocks to J, L, and G trains. You couldn't ask for better accommodations for this price.
