I'm from Fairfax, VA, she's from Austin, TX. We got hitched in Nashville and we're living in Boulder! Love the outdoors- hiking, cycling, skiing- all that good stuff.
Had a fabulous time at Jack & Kristin's place. It was very comfortable and homey, in a great Victorian with tons of character. They were both very responsive and helpful in emails. Wonderful location-- walking distance to everything that is special and awesome in Boulder, and SOOO much more affordable than, say, the Boulderado. :) Two thumbs up!
We had a great stay at Jack and Kristin's apartment in Downtown Boulder. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Fresh linens were laid out and closet space cleared for our arrival. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming also. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning with a view of the mountains in the distance. The location is convenient to both the campus and the downtown entertainment district. Highly recommended!

Jack & Kristin's place has a great location - really can't be beat if you want to walk or ride around town. Everybody particularly liked the Laughing Goat coffee shop just four blocks away for breakfast. Full Cycle was also very close by for bike rentals.
While small, the apartment allowed all four of us to stay comfortably enough. If the weather is hot, as it was for us, the place heats up fast, and can be a challenge to cool down without planning ahead. The ceiling fans help, and the... More »
Jack and Kristin were a great introduction to airbnb for me. Their space is small and basic, but comfortable and in a great location for exploring Boulder.
Jack and Kristin's place was perfect. It was close to everything and they are very friendly. They made me feel welcome and I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Boulder.
I had a wonderful time and Jack and Kristin's downtown Boulder apartment. They were very accommodating and friendly. The place is walkable to all the good stuff on Pearl St. Parking was ample and ticket-free (obviously not guaranteed for everyone, but I was there for 5 days). The sleeping arrangement was comfortable.
Jack and Kristin's apartment is in a great location. Easy to get to Pearl Street. Very nice people. Parking is peculiar (got a tix, but what Boulder experience doesn't include parking tix.) The bed is in their living space, but if you are busy doing things around town, it does not matter. Thanks J&K, I was comfortable.
Jack & Kristin are very cool people and perfect hosts! Their house is only a couple of minutes walk from Pearl St. and I was made to feel very welcome during my stay there. Parking on the street is not a problem and Boulder is a very easy place to get to the Rockies from.
Jack and Kristin were great hosts. We had a nice time getting to know them a little. Their place is small, (very small) but homey. We felt quite comfortable and everything was clean. I'd ask for an extra blanket... we were cold at night. Great location and flexible in/out/arrival times.
