Volker and his girlfriend Melanie are model guests! Throughout our correspondence, Volker was extremely kind and cordial, putting our concerns before his own. After returning from our vacation, we found our apartment spotless, a lovely bottle of German wine awaiting us, tasty treats in our refrigerator, and a Berlin guidebook left as a gift.
