I'm a 27 year old guy from So Cal living in NYC. I love it here. I enjoy people, spirituality, food, live music, travel, and a few guilty pleasures such as my favorite TV shows w/ a big bowl of ice cream.

My home is an environment created by my roommate and I where we do not discriminate against anyone for whatever reason. All are welcome here and expected to treat everyone else and their belongings with courtesy, kindness and respect.

Matthew and Dereck were wonderful hosts. The apartment was wonderful, I had everything I needed, it was clean and very comfortable. Matt and Dereck were very welcoming. Thank you for making my dream holiday and absolute dream!

Had a fabulous time staying at Matt's place! He's so welcoming, warm, friendly, vivacious and sincere. There was a slight delay upon our arrival - really not a big deal. Yet Matt was very apologetic and even bought us a bottle of wine. Matt is a terrific guy, and his place was lovely.

Wonderful apartment in just the right neighborhood. The host was very helpful and friendly, though we didn't experience this other than by e-mail since he was out of town and we unfortunately never got to meet him. The apartment is really quiet, very clean, and the furniture is lovely. The bed was super-comfortable! This apartment has everything you could possibly need during your stay in NYC. Extra plus for Chelsea which in my opinion is one of the cosiest neighborhoods in NYC.

Super nice and VERY light apartment. Very personal in a good way. The furniture, plants, artwork etc makes this apartment feel very personal without being cluttered. It is very well equipped and very clean. Since it both have front, end and side windows it is very light and my first ever stay in a "bedroom without a window" was not a problem at all. Especially since my room had double door that opened up to the big living room/ a window. Being a tourist in NY I really never stayed inn... More »

Bravo! The PERFECT accommodation in NYC. Spacious, beautifully decorated, gorgeous bathroom. Matt and Derek know how to host and will make you feel at home. There was absolutely nothing I was without during my stay there.
