We didn't need the big space so we loved coming back to the apartment after a day out.Too bad the toilet got stuck and we had to relocate to another place. Our host haffendi was excellent! He acted and resolved the problem immediately. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the 5 flights of stairs that we had to climb up at the new apartment. Would stay there again if we visit London! Great location too!
This is fantastic place to stay and very comfortable. There was 6 of staying in the loft and felt very spacious. Great spot in London, with lots of great food and bars in the neighbourhood . I definitely would stay here again.
I would gladly rent from these folks again. The location was superb and the flat was very clean and modern. Paul and Jackie could not have been more gracious and accomodating. I enthusiastically recommend 3 Fanshaw Street to anyone visiting London.
Great compact studio flat with a lovely large balcony with barbecue overlooking a private park. The flat has a microwave and small fridge and enough utensils and plates for two people. For washing up you have to use the bathroom sink which is very small. Has TV and wifi access. Also lovely and warm. Bed is lovely and comfortable.
Area is fantastic and only 5 minutes from the tube so great for getting places and to or from Heathrow.

The host was flexible when it comes to checking in and out. We had a delayed when we arrived, and we could also check out late on our departure date because the apartment was available still. We appreciated that.

Estuvimos 4 noches alojados en el apartamento y todo estuvo genial. En el Check-in nos explicaron todo muy bien, el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos.
La zona en la que está el apartamento está cerca del centro y es un barrio muy bueno en el que hay de todo (supermercados, pubs, metro...).
Todo perfecto!! me recibio jackie a la hora acordada, fue muy cordial, nos mostro el departamento y nos dio algunos tip acerca de Londres. El departamento en general muy bueno, muy limpio, la ubicacion excelente, a pocas cuadras de varias estaciones de subte y bus.

The apartment is exactly as pictured - a really nice, well-decorated space that's centrally located. There's a Tescos Express for groceries just up the street, and a short walk to Old Street Station. It was perfect for my working trip in London. Wifi was fast, check in was smooth and the host was easy to communicate with. Great rain shower in the bathroom. We had a gread stay at Imaan's appartment in London. It was excellently presented, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and open living area was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and new with great finishings. Imaan was an excellent and gracious host. She met us at the appartment personally at very short notice and we are very greatfull for her generous hospitality.
Central, modern, clean and stylish. Nice hosts, very punctual and flexible. The kitchen is stocked with the basics.
You should be prepared for a some road noise, it is central London after all!
We think this is a great place for a couple of nights in London and we would confidently rent any of Imaan and Pam's properties in the future.
The stay was fine. I was there on business - easy accessible with city transport. The flat is great - a lot of light, wonderful view over the SE.
If you prefer a quiet local climate but close to hte central points this is the place. Although it is not quiet in terms of noises. I didn't mind it but you can run the statistics for all airlines how often they land in London. Planes are everywhere and their brooming wakes you up ;) but I'm afraid this is common for whole London.
The flat is located in the middle of soho - 10 minute walk to a main tube station and centrally located to easily get to all of the big attractions. This is a great location especially if you want to be a 10 minute walk to authentic pubs, the theater district, and great restaurants. The one downside is that many of these businesses are open late and with the windows open, you will hear street noise until 4 am.

El apartamento era muy cómodo, justo lo que necesitabamos para nuestro viaje. Las fotos muestran el apartamento tal cual es en realidad. Solamente el lavavajilla no funcionaba. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado con ómnibus y estacion de metro muy cerca. Disfutramos mucho nuestra estadia en el apartamento.
We had a wonderful weeklong stay in soho two bedroom in London. The apt was as described, though smells from adjoining restaurants wafted up and there was lots of street noise. Imaan delivered as promised though the late check in policy needs to be clearer and email response time could be a bit quicker.
A really lovely apartment, ideally located in the heart of Shoreditch and steps away from the best Vietnamese restaurants.
The place looks just as pictured, with every amenity described fully functioning, and super fast wi-fi.
Communication with host was great, and check in process went very smoothly.
We were also allowed a late check out, which was great!
We stayed for 10 nights at the "garden studio B" and it was a treat to come home to this location every night. Considering it's nearness to the hustle of a major traffic route, it was remarkably quiet and peaceful during the day and silent at night. My partner and I truly enjoyed staying in this cozy flat. We were greeted upon arrival from Heathrow with keys and a very clean flat equipped with fresh towels. We stayed here while it was very cold and the heater in the flat warmed it up in minutes.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The television and Sky Cable worked perfectly. The wifi (which was crucial for us) was always on and fully functional.

The apartment is located in a very good, good connections, five minutes from St Pancras station. The apartment is very cozy and warm, which is important because it was very cold. Imaan is very friendly and able to respond to a small inconvenience.

The apartment seems to be around 50m2 it has tons of light, all rooms have windows, its a top floor. It is not as clean as I would have liked. It can accomodate 2 couples with privacy. It has a bigger bathroom a smaller bathroom and a small kitchen. The location is superb, central, yet quiet.
Imaan was very easy to work with and responded promptly to our inquiry. There was a lengthy authentication process that seemed overly cautious to me, but it did not detract from our experience.
We stayed in her property "Garden Studio B." This space is small, but very private and well loved. There is a small bedroom with a large terrace with gas barbecue attached and a small bathroom (no kitchen, but a tea kettle was provided with a selection of teas and coffee). The view of the park... Imann was a very helpful contact point. The apartment is extremely funky and well decorated in one of Londons trendiest areas. Only issue we had was a slight case of style over substance in particular the second bed was incredibly hard and walls very thin. Which did cause issues when there was noise outside or on adjacent apartments. Overall if you are looking for a fun apartment in an edgy part of London it is perfect but don't expect a flawless sleep.
The flat was OK :
- well situated
- big enough for two people (stg like 25/30 m2)
But :
- it does not look like the photo
- it was on the basement so there was no view at all, poor luminosity and a bad smell
Imaan was quite helpful though.

When we booked with Imaan, we were visiting London for the first time, so we had many questions. Imaan kindly responded to all of the questions we emailed to her. Imaan was courteous and responsive. Our only criticism would be that she needs to learn more about the accommodations that she is representing prior to creating the AirBnB page.

We were very pleased with the accomodations, location and price. For a place in a excellent London location, we could not have asked for more. The apartment is small, compact and very efficient. The staff was responsive when we asked for extra blankets. The apartment had everything we needed, including an iron and hair dryer.
Booking a place to stay through Imaan is something I would recommend to anyone. The place we chose was perfect, and for our needs much better than a hotel. I got the impression that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay in London and made a real effort to make the process as painless as possible.
Imaan and Dan were very helpful and kind! The apartment was centrally located in London and it's SoHo area. Just a stone's throw from Chinatown and Piccadilly Circus, it made for easy quick trips anywhere within London. Thanks again!
Our family is very satisfied with the help and support provided by Imaan. She was prompt in her responses and punctual with her appointments. We had a few specific requests when we got in and she promptly arranged for them to be completed. She was very understanding of travelling with small children and our children remember her fondly.
