  I highly recommend this apartment as well as Patricia as a host. My boyfriend and me visited NYC during April 2012 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The neighbourhood, Little Italy, is right next to SoHo and within walking distance to all the nice parts of downtown Manhattan and the subway is really close too. Patricia was very communicative before the arrival and we had no problems during the stay.

  Patricia is Awesome! Especially with communication which really made my first venture into Airbnb a good experience. Not having been to Manhattan before I had no idea what to expect of location and type of place to stay with that I think we got excellent value at Patricia's. Having travelled a lot it felt okay walking back to her place well after dark and that the neighbourhood seems safe.   Patricia's apartment is all about the location. Set in the heart of Little Italy and Chinatown, you are in the most historic part of New York. Literally a stone's throw from the Five Points, wher this great city sprouted from. Patricia was away for our stay but made sure all the arrangements and logistics worked out for us and left a small library of books, leaflets and maps about the Big Apple to make it easy to plan our holiday.   This apt was in an amazing location in little Italy. 5 mins walk from the subway, Broadway and a host of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

  Patricia was a brilliant & attentive host. If you want to experience the real down town NYC at such a great price then you can’t beat this. Why stay in Times Square with the tourists!! Located in Mulberry St were unfortunately the tourists come for their dose of Italian food but you only have to walk five ten minutes to enjoy some classic NY cuisine such as Balthazar and Fanelli’s.   The host cancelled my reservation 25 days before arrival. Unfortunately we never got to stay here, but Patricia was very communicative during the whole process.

  Patricia's apartment is a good size and really well located in Little Italy. We stayed there during a New York blizzard but the central heating was great. The wifi worked well. A pity there was no TV connection. The bathroom and toilet were really small.

  Everything was perfect except one thing: the cleaning fees (60usd) which are quite expensive. But the appartment is well placed in the center of Little Italy, clean and everything is there for enjoying your stay in NY. I recommend this appartment for sure!

  Great location, comfortable and cosy apartment. No problems at all, although if you aren't in good shape there are a lot of stairs to carry your bags up (there is no lift). Thanks Patricia!
