Alfredo and Win were very friendly and cooperative guests. Because of our family's early schedule, their checkout was 9:30 AM and they were great about leaving by then!
The check out is at 12 noon. After his request we agreed that he has to leave the apartment at 2 pm and he promised to clean everything up since the new guest was coming at 3pm. And I would have one hour to finish up.
At 2:30 he and his girlfriend were still there. The kitchen full of garbage and the whole living room rearranged to his taste.
I did not have enough time to clean up properly for the next guest who arrived at 3pm.
