Galia was hospitable and friendly, while respecting my privacy. The room, home and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great (quiet street, yet walkable to everything). This was my first experience with Airbnb, thank you Galia!

Galia was a terrific host. She is incredibly generous and interested in people, while also being respecful of one's privacy. The location couldn't be more ideal and the bedroom is huge!

Galia was a great host, I really enjoyed my stay with here, she accepted my request at short notice & collected me from the bus which was very kind and made me feel at home , the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well, I reccommend you stay her when visiting Monterey.

Galia is Great! She is a happy person and a very nice host. I stayed at her home with my 9 yr old daughter and we both were very happy. We had breakfast and had some nice chats, as Galia has many nice stories to share. Galia also knows the area very well. I will be coming back in the future when i visti for what ever reason the Monterey area.

My one night stay was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The room had its own entry/exit so if you didn't feel like going through the main house you don't have to. Galia is one of those really nice people that you meet and chat with to find out about local events or just about anything else. She was very helpful in guiding me to where I needed to go and she even offered me a ride to and from if needed. Now that is an awesome host!

Great place, awesome location, just minutes walk from Fisherman's wharf and the downtown bars. Amazing host. Huge room, comfortable bed. Galia was kind enough to make me breakfast.

This is the first time I try airbnb. It is excellent to live with Galia and her daughter Eliya. They are so friendly to us. Eliya showed us around the beautiful town and the aquarium. Eliya is a great student volunteering at the aquarium. Galia is a fabulous teacher I learned so much from her. We are like a family. I hope that one day they will come to China. I love you people!

Galia was very welcoming, timely in communicating, accommodating of my late arrival, and provided a very comfortable experience - including a parking pass for free on-street parking. You can also hear the seals in the bay, which was fine with me. I hope to stay with Galia next time I am in Monterey. (p.s. this was a shared bathroom, but fine for my schedule/needs.)

Delightful (tempurpedic?) bed, lovely view, great location, and wonderful hosts. Looking forward to returning soon.
