  Linda and Russ were fantastic hosts. They are great people who were happy to swap stories and made me feel incredibly welcome in their home. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly and given a choice of rooms all of which were nicely prepared and comfortable. My stay was extremely smooth and problem free. This was my first Airbnb stay and if every one is as pleasant as it was with Russ and Linda I'll never stay at a hotel again.

  I was heading down a day early to photograph a wedding and visit friends in Saratoga..and I was looking for someplace comfy and quiet.... this was my first time using airbnb....and I couldn't be more delighted. I was welcomed by both Linda & Russ. There house is lovely! My bed was super comfy...everything was clean and well presented.   I feel so lucky to have found Linda's home. It is conveniently located in the middle of Saratoga Springs. Best yet, Linda has provided me with thoughtful conversations and a glass of wine each night after my long day at work! I will definitely stay there again.

  We had a wonderful time staying at Lin & Russ' home. The accommodations were as described - warm and inviting - as was Lin our host. Sorry we didn't get to meet Russ on this trip. Definitely recommend.

  I was so glad to find Linda in Saratoga Springs as we will be visiting our college student daughter there over the next four years. Linda was prompt and through being flexible and clear in our communications made this mom 3,000 miles away feel much better about our daughter's first night in a new town. I can't imagine feeling anywhere near as confident having our daughter stay solo in a hotel, paying over-the-top rates just because it happened to be horse racing season! Next year, we will...   Staying with Russell and Linda was awesome - they have such a great cottage on Glens Lake and are very generous hosts. We loved the docks, the lake, the outdoor shower, and some great chats. That we booked at the last minute, had no trouble finding the cottage, and still had time for a good (bicycle) ride, is a testament to their excellent communication and hospitality.

  Linda and Russ were wonderful hosts, and their place on Lake Glenn is a wonderful place to stay. Highlights of our stay included going out on the various boats, chipmunk fishing and a giant puppet show!

  We had a fabulous time at Linda's. She was a great host and made us feel very comfortable. Their home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Plus, the location of their home is perfect if you're a race fan or want to check out the town. They truly are close to everything. We were able to wake up and walk to the racetrack to watch the horses warm up each morning. We were also able to walk to town for drinks or check out the farmers market. We look forward to coming up Saratoga again soon!

  Lin & Russ are amazing hosts!!! They welcomed us warmly and made our stay just perfect! The place is beautiful and enjoyable beyond expectations (which were already high). Interesting conversations, good wine on the pier at night; in the morning, swimming and canoeing in the lake... it was supposed to be just a stop on the way to Montreal and it ended up being one of the most pleasant highlights of our vacation.

  Lin & Russ are great hosts. The house is cosy and clean. I could even choose between two rooms. The private bathroom with the old-fashioned bathtub is cute. Lin was so friendly to pick me up from the trainstation and giving me a ride through town and showing me some areas of interest. I was able to lend a bike.   Staying at Lin and Russ' was a pleasure! Their house is gorgeous and located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. While we did not get to spend much time together, I can tell Lin and Russ are warm, intellectually curious, and open-minded people. I would absolutely stay with them again.

When I arrived they were having a small diner party and they enthusiastically introduced me to their friends, sampling hors d'oeuvre and wines, and shared with me the local highlights that were of particular interest to me.   Linda and Russ were great hosts and good company. Enjoyed the outdoor shower, outdoor deck, outdoor paddling, outdoor bike trails, and outdoor swimming. The bed was clean and comfy and the bathroom was as well. The setting was peaceful and casual. The way we like it. Did some grilling (outdoors) and as promised they did not hack us to death in our sleep. Thanks for everything guys!

  Linda and Russ own a charming camp on the lake like the ones I remember from childhood. I spent most of my time relaxing on the dock and the screened front porch gazing over the lake; also enjoyed a glorious swim and you will find the bike path to Lake George just up the street. My hosts made sure I had everything needed. Their son's consideration made me feel welcome upon arrival. Linda and Russ have a warm, creative, fun family and a summer home I can recommend.

They are a fantastic bunch of people that are welcoming, fun, hospitable, warm, intelligent, communicative, thoughtful, and cool-as-hell.   Linda and Russ were wonderful hosts - so accommodating, welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door. They have a lovely, comfortable home and seem like really great people. As my trip to Saratoga was quite busy, my only regret was not getting a chance to chat with them more during our stay!   Heather and I had a great time with Lin and Russ. They were kind, helpful and warm. We had nice conversations and found a couple who are interesting and artistic. Ask about Russ' paper maché giants. They plied us with good coffee, breakfast soufflé and good advice on getting around.   WOW ! Linda and Russ made us feel so welcome and relaxed in their stunning home. The bed was soooo comfortable and the location fabulous - so close to town, nice parks and great farmers market. We had a fantastic time with them - they are great hosts. We really enjoyed sharing stories and music and good home made food (thanks Linda the pesto was the besto!)
