I can't even begin to explain how amazing Martin's condo is. From the location, to the interior, to the amazing price! Everything was fabulous! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in Manhattan. It was the best apartment we could have had. Located in a very beautiful place, the view was awesome from the 22nd floor. The host wasnt there but the check in and checkout was very smooth. Given a chance i will stay here again.
I had a great time using Martin's apartment. It is was very cozy, and makes you feel quite swanky. The building is great, the bed comfortable, and location prime! (It is literally a minutes walk from 3 major subway stations). Staying there really enhanced my trip, and I'd recommend this place to anyone...best location at a very reasonable rate!

Unfortunately we had 2 complaints from the neighbours and association about noise and disturbance in two separate ocassions. I will have to deal this issue with the association.
The guest claims that it wasnt them.
The apartment was kept in order and fairly clean. The guest got most of his deposit back, only a key that was borken was deducted from sec deposit.
