The apartament was very warm and clean. I stayed there one month and the only problem i had was that there wasn't the table, but i knew it!
January 2012The apartment at first sight is really nice. Spacious and well decorated. The main room is huge but is quite noisy because the windows face the street. The second room is really, really tight. But that wasn't a surprise for us cause we had already seen the pictures. The beds are confortable enough. We didn't use the sofa bed, so I couldn`t tell if it is ok. The first thing we noticed that bothered us was the hot temperature inside the apartment. The heating is controlled by the building... Super location and a price that can't be beat. Fantastic communication. Definitely some bugs in the apartment, but if you are just planning to sleep there it's hard to argue with the price.
Great location, large, quiet, and nicely updated condo on the upper west side. Check in and out were a snap, and Casanova Condos were easy to contact when we had questions. Definitely would consider staying at this location again.
Brilliant location, close to the centre of NYC. 5 minute walk to times square, hells kitchen around the corner, subway stations not far. Could not of picked a better location to stay in.
I booked this rental for a business trip in New York. The price was great, it's a nice location, and the courtyard garden is definitely an attractive extra. The rental office staff were also very responsive, although generally unable to help with the issues we had. Those issues are what prevent me from giving this property a higher rating. •The upstairs bathrooms were quite dirty, and both had windows that wouldn't latch shut. •The downstairs bathroom was mildewy, and the towels in... Great apartment, great location. Thanks for everything!
I rented this apartment for myself and my 2 colleagues for a 12 night stay in December/January 2011/2012. Good parts: -In a great neighborhood with tons within walking distance. -Felt like a safe neighborhood -Everything in the apartment was relatively clean. The Wifi and cable worked well. -We had mostly everything we needed from sheets and towels to kitchen supplies. -No bugs in the apartment -For the most part the staff was helpful Bad parts -The floors in the apartment... We stayed in apt. 4RR. When we arrived it was past check in but they were very gracious in waiving the late check-in fee. Location was great. Finding the keys was a bit confusing as their office is unmarked so I ended up ringing all the buzzers for the building before finding my way to the unmarked office. When we arrived at our apt. the doors were marked differently and there was no 4RR. I called the number I had through the reservation service buy no one answered. Luckily they gave... More »
Good apartment, well located next to subway and in walking distance of many great parts of New York. Right opposite the Arsenal FC New York supporters club bar, the Blind pig - great place for a beer and sport.
When my family arrived to New York, it turned out that there had been a mistake in the booking and that the apartment was not available. They apologised and said they had resolved it for future bookings. Casanova Condos was also helpful on the existing booking and worked hard to arrange an alternative. In the end, we were offered exclusive use of the manager's own apartment on W19th, Chelsea, Manhattan. As the flat did not have four bedrooms, we agreed a lower price. The alternative... More »
The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean and easy to get to, the pick up of the keys was very straight-forward and no-hassle. Location was great, and overall we had a great experience, thanks, we would definitely recommend Casanovacondos. The only small point was that the listing says "E 85" while the description clearly says "West 85" which is the correct location. Still, great neighborhood, and easy access to 86th st across the park to museums or downtown...
Our stay was pretty good at Cassanova Condos. The internet did not work the whole time, however, they were kind enough to give us a refund in line with the inconvenience. The communication was also subpar when we had the issue. This is a very basic apartment, in a great location. Nothing about it looked polished or new but it was practical for someone who was just sightseeing. The beds were comfy. Also, if you plan on using the two bedrooms road side you'll want to have earplugs, which we did... More »
friendly and helpful hosts! pretty good apartment! defintely will choose casanovacondos again when next time visiting NYC.
Our stay didn't begin well when we entered the apartment and found it uncleaned, no towels (in fact dirty towels in the washer), no cleaning supplies, closets filled with 'stuff' and random pictures and furniture leaning against various walls. The furniture wasn't so bad but the dirtiness was not acceptable. We did manage to reach someone (it was sunday evening) on the phone and they were very responsive and got the apt cleaned up within 2 hours. There rest of our stay was fine. The apt was... More »
Staying in Casanovacondos's place was perfect! Location is nearby Bloomingdales, subway and great restaurants! Apartment is exactly as on the pictures. Really warm ans sunny! I caught couple cold days in NYC and apartment is really warm. 4th floor, walk-up. But no problem for me))) Check-in and check-out were really easy and simple. Grabbed keys in the office and apartment is mine! That it))) WiFi worked fast and I didn't have any problems with my staying! Highly recommended!
This apartment was in the perfect location for someone visiting the city. A lot of stores nearby. The subway is really close as well. The place was cozy and pretty spacious for a NY apartment.
The apartment is clean. The location is great. The price is reasonable. However, there is no microwave and the gas stove does not work properly. Othere than that, we've enjoyed the stay and we love New York City.
Apartment in nice shopping area at very reasonable price. Sofa's in living - don't look like on picture that host offer. They are not very comfortable to sleep, because they have very bad mattresses on. I would recommend for 2 people to stay in comfort. Bedroom is Ok. Wi-fi connection is fast enough. Main bad thing - when we came to pick up our keys in office, we were charged 80 USD for late arrival ( 11 PM) but before I was told it is maximum 50 USD for midnight arrival.
This was a great apartment to stay in; probably the single best decision I made when planning the trip! It was spacious, clean, cozy, and located in a very nice part of town. The pictures look great and they are exactly what it looks like inside. In fact the owners were kind enough to leave us clean towels as well. I don't think I'll ever book through a hotel in NY again. I would definitely stay here again.
Great apartment, Great Position. Apartment was clean and beautiful as shown in web site photos. to keep in mind for next time in NYC!!!
very kindly in the check in and check out operations, the room was not cleaned at the arrival, but they solved the inconvenience very soon! the flat is useful to visit the city, near to union square. tv, phone, wifi, are ok they stored luggages after checkout to let us free to visiting ny. they give us back faster our damage caution. We recommend this apt!
Great experience.... Casanovacondos made everything perfect.... Check in was a breeze.... the apartment was immaculate and centrally located in midtown.... We will definitely look to stay with Casanovacondos again in the future whenever possible....
More »

I would definitely do business with these people again. Jim was responsive and easy to get a hold of, and his colleague Heather was efficient and informative. They seem to be a very professional organization, and were easy to work with. The townhouse, while perhaps not as stunning as the photos (hardly surprising), was still a great place and an amazing deal for the money. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at the Union Square apartment. The apartment was in very nice shape, the kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs but by no means fully equipped. We loved having the spacious living area with the tall ceilings. The bedrooms we knew would be small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower fixture was broken. The only negative was that we were not aware of the nightclub/bar right below us, and being on the second floor, we heard music and... More »
Apartment is as described, great location just 3-4 blocks away form Union Square.
The apartment its in great condition. My kids loved it even-though we had to go up and down five floors. Its at walking distance of many interesting spots of the city.
Our group was 4 adults and 2 toddlers (under 2 years old) and the space was sufficient to hold us all. Each bedroom had enough room for portable cribs and the common areas included a spacious bathroom and adequate kitchen. The location was great as it was walking distance to good shopping, Central Park, subways, and nice restaurants. If traveling with children, note that the front room faces a busy street and the wall does not go all the way to the ceiling, therefore noise can be an... More »
I was amazed of your apartment! - Excellent location. We can walk to 5th avenue (about 10 minute), many Asian restaurants around and safe neighborhood. - Perfect apartment, 2 bedrooms and the sofa can extend to become a bed. Totally clean and well prepared. Provided everything we need. I would recommend this to my friends and will come here again next year!
The apartment was conveniently located, and in good shape, looked as good as the pictures, and was pretty clean. Overall we had a great stay.
The location is PERFECT! The apartment is spacious, light and very quiet. We used it to the max (8 people) and there weren't enough linens for the beds so we had to go out and buy an extra set. The refrigerator was broken, so Casanova allowed us to use the one in a vacant apartment one flight up (that had no extra sheets in it either). Kitchen utensils were sparse (one pot, no corkscrew). We had to buy our own trash bags as there were none in the apartment and we ran out of toilet paper after... More »

Hi, I booked this apt for my parents who were coming to NYC for 2 weeks. The apt was nice, just what they wanted. The space is nice and comfortable. My parents had a problem when they arrived at the apt, but it was solved very fast by the host. My parents had a really good time here. Thanks!
Staying here was the most intelligent thing to do. The space was good, it had everything we needed and the location and the price were superb. The only complains we found were that the heating was broken and VERY loud and the place was too hot. We called to report it and the thing was fixed by the second day. The other thing was the Wi-fi connection. We simply couldn't get a good signal, let alone, a good connection and speed. Despite this issues, the overall experience was great and I will... More »
We stayed at the upper east side bedroom 7785 for 7 days. Lovely apartment in a great location, however we would have liked to have known beforehand that the apartment was above a noisy bar which didn't close until 4am every morning as this would have probably influenced our booking. That said, the apartment is close to a subway station and is in walking distant of a lot of great shops.
Overall a pleasant stay. It was very easy to find the office and get the keys. Entered in at 15h00, get out at 15h03 with the keys. Impressive. The apartment was clean and well suited for our needs (we were 4), with largely enough towels. The location was for us perfect : not too close and not too far from the city animation, quite quiet, near a lot of restaurants (Hell's Kitchen and Restaurants Row), and a good starting point for all the walks we made across Manhattan. Also, beds were... More »
More »
Great property for an affordable price. This unit was located right off Central Park West, less than a block away from a subway entrance which made it very easy for us to get around town. The unit itself was in good condition and was large enough to accommodate our group of 8, which isn't easy to find in NYC. The key was available on time and check-out was a breeze. Will definitely book with these guys again next time I'm in NYC.
We stayed at the W. 83rd Street apartment. Here are the positives: 1) The location is great. Walking distance to Central Park, the Natural History Museum, subways, restaurants, shops. The street is not as pretty as some of the others in the UWS, but it's close to Columbus, so it was OK. 2) The apartment is very cute, very New York. It was recently decorated with new furniture, pictures on the wall, etc., but there was not enough places to put our stuff. 3) The bed was very comfortable,... More »
The price was great, so I was not expecting luxury accommodations, but Casanovacondos was really disappointing. This apartment appeared to have had the sheets changed and the sink wiped down, but otherwise it was filthy. The extra sheets for the couches were on the floor of the closet--leaving us to wonder if they were clean. There was only one extra blanket for the two couches. The advertising assured us of "2 luxury queen mattresses". I had specifically asked for verification on this.... More »

The only positive thing about this appartement is the cleaning included... It's quite expansive, quite far from central park and from the subway (10mn walking). Only the downtown bus is close from the appartement. Nice place in a quaint neighborhood. Fully enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful apartment. Surprisingly spacious for NYC in a great part of town. Quiet street, neighborhood feel, steps from Central Park, shops, restaurants and boutiques. Great trip, would definitely stay here again! (Would encourage my Mom to bring lighter luggage, though. She had to have help getting her bag up the 4 flights of stairs.)

The apartment was clean, with everything needed for a short NYC visit. Perfectly located near subway and buses. 3 floors up, not that bad for Manhattan.
Room was nice and big by New York Standards. Location is great, would recommend Union Square to all. Host was very helpful with everything.
Although there was a bit of a mixup with communication, all went well, they were accommodating, everything was advertised and the rest went according to plans. Thank you!
The host canceled my reservation 11 days before arrival.
Good and central place. Can recommend it. Thanks. Fabian
The place was nice and clean. The main bed was very comfortable but the pull out was not so. I only wish they would have supplied hand soap in the bathroom. The deli next door was a great!
The apartment was clean, centrally located and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for the 3-4 young professionals who stayed here on different days throughout our 10-day rental period. We also had a late arrival on check-in day. Through this company, we were picked up at the airport around midnight, driven to our apartment and given the keys. It was so smooth and so easy. We Stayed at the Central Park Hotel Style Suite on W 71 st for 9 nigths at the beginning of October. Overall it was a really positive experience. The only small negative was the key pick-up because the office is not really an office just an apartment in an apartment building. So the location was pretty great. That's about the best thing I can say about it. The stairs going up to the apartment are incredibly steep, more like a ladder. Not a deal breaker, though, I just think it would have been good to know for families carrying strollers up and down constantly. So, the things that were deal breakers for us were the awful street noise, the infestation of roaches, and the incredibly uncomfortable beds. The place seemed clean enough upon arrival, but the next morning... More »
The condo was about as advertised, although the bright pics make it seems cleaner and newer than it is, but it is by no means dirty - just like all of NYC - let's call it rugged. We were comfortable and had a nice stay. The showers, particularly the one in the basement, are tiny. Again, not that atypical for NYC, but a bit uncomfortably small. The flat could have more dishes but all in all we enjoyed the stay.
nice place, very good location. It is small and tight but the bathroom is nice and the host is kind and easy to work with. it is a nice place I recommend it.
Overall, we had a great experience with the apartment. It was clean and true to the pictures. There was ample bedding, towels, dishes and basic cookware. We were traveling with our 2 1/2 yr old son so being close to the parks (central & Carl shultz) was super convenient. Also, there is a bus that goes to the west side right outside the apt. We stayed for 8 days and didn't need to contact host for any reason. We had a late check in (11:30 pm) and were not charged a fee. Host left the keys... More »
Value for money: good location and good overall apperance. The key pick-up was a little bit far away for the appartment, besides that, everything was alright.
great location - close to Union Square, West Village, downtown, uptown, Penn station etc.! The apt. wasn't anything spectacular - we had trouble with the internet and a couple of cockroaches and mice. If you're all about the location - no matter the "cost" - this is the place to book :) I've stayed in worse places, but I've also stayed in nicer places.. so if this is all taken care of, the place is very very reasonable! We had a great week in the city that never sleeps!
This apartment was absolutely perfect. Two bedrooms, ok bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/living room area. The subway was right outside, and within a few minutes walk was another. There were also cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. The only negative was that we had to go to 82nd street to get the keys for the apartment and the apartment is on 14th. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The location is very good, 2 minutes walking from the nearest metro station and close to Central Park (if you are jogging addicted). Very classy part of the city. The flat is nice but: some towel provided was dirty and the lines didn't look very clean. More, the queen beds are not very confortable for 2 persons.
Overall a good experience; can't beat the location. As others have noted, we had some problems picking up the keys and some problems getting in touch with anyone to meet us for the key pick up. However, after that no major hitches. The owner was very receptive to our requests throughout the stay. We needed extra bedding, an ironing board, etc and he provided them. One problem was that there was no hot water at night so we had to take our showers during the day. It would have been nice... More »

We had a great time in New York City. The location of this studio was perfect. Very close to the subway, lots of good dining within a block or two at very reasonable prices, corner grocery store, shopping, everything you need is near by. If you love to walk this is also a perfect location. We walked all through Central Park and for several miles along the River Parkway. The apartment was clean and great for two.
Ho trascorso un'ottima vacanza a New York in compagnia di altri 6 amici! Appartamento fantastico, pulito e spazioso.
First off, Casanova Condos is actually a rental management company with hundreds of units. I have to say that the unit we stayed in was fine, clean, a little cramped, but without major issue, the issues we had were with the management company itself, and their customer interaction... The unit was OK, this is why I'm giving the 2 star and not 1. The issues with the company: * They make you go to their central "office" which is on the opposite side of the park. Location Location Location...This brownstone is in an Amazing Location on the Upper West Side of the city. This unit is right across the street from Central Park (Strawberry Fields). Easily accessible to everything New York has to offer. We loved it. There were some minor things that could use some extra attention, but overall this is a great place. Very happy with our Choice and would love to stay again sometime.
At the beginning my trip was a little frustrating but everything was arranged. First of all, Casanovacondos gave me the phone number of a Van Service. It was GREAT! He waited for us at the airport (even if we got there 1 hour late) and he proposed some snacks at the van (really appreciate, we were hungry). We were in another apt ( West 59. street 224), and it was georgeous! Casanova was very kind and helpful, I can recommend it for everyone. We were there 4, 4 girls exactly and we really enjoyed our staying! Thank you very much :)
Location is perfect. The place itself is not that big but was enough for 5 people. The apartment was clean and actually as we stayed at the place mostly during nighttime sleeping cannot say anything bad. It's the best for those who are spending the whole day sightseeing and just need a place to stay overnight.
Unfortunately, my review of Casanovacondos isn’t going to be very good. From the moment I arrived at the office (4:00 pm 9/12/11) things went downhill from there. First, the office wasn’t really an office but just a room in someone’s apt. It was dark, cluttered, and very disorganized. I explained that I’d been instructed to pick the keys up from him. He said he didn’t know where they were and then texted the superintendent of the unit. After waiting about 20 min. with no new information... More »

As we arrived, the apartement was not yet cleaned. After several calls the cleaning guy came and cleaned. Then it was o.k. The apartement would be o.k. if the owner would maintain it better. Both dressers in each beedroom were totally broken and not usable. The toilet seat, the towel holder and the toilet paper holder were all broken. The apartment is nice, just as in the picture, exept that internet was not working, nor the TV. The shower is quite bad and there is not enough light at the room. The rest is good. Near to subway, central park and museums. The host was quite rude and the firt day which I didnt like at all, it was my firts time in NY and english is not my firts language so it wasnt a good welcome to the city.
Great stay!!
The place was really cute, tidy and all the kitchenware was provided. Perfect for a large group of people and the location was safe and close to a lot of amenities. Location of the townhouse was near lots of restaurants, a walgreens, grocery store, and a few blocks from the subway station. The owner was accommodating and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this townhouse!
The location of the house was perfect whereas the flat was not very clean. Although we requested a second key as we were staying as two seperate families, they did not bring the key at the promised hour. Finally, although we politely requested for a late check-out as our flight was very late at night, they did not let us. Overall, the location of the house was perfect but other qualifications were very poor.
it was a good experience... even though we had to wait the host to confirm our reservation, at the end he made it and contacte us to tell us all the details... he said we are gonna have two apartments and that was a bit confusing and worrying as we were tourist and all our plans were made from one place.. when we get to the second apartment it was fabolous.. it was bigger and nicer than the first one...also it was 3 blocks away from times square which was amazing... the only thing was the...
The host canceled my reservation 37 days before arrival.
When we arrived the place was messy. Maybe because the previos tourist checked out late.Jason was very nice and realised that we are not happy so we left him the key for another couple of hours and when we came back everything was perfect. If you want to visit NY the location is perfect, few streets away from Time Square and very close to the subway station.
OVERALL: My family and I (four adults) had a very good experience staying at Central Park Suite Studio 7898 despite the initial, seemingly disorganized process for key exchange. This apartment allowed us to live among New Yorkers, which was much more enriching than staying at a hotel full of tourists. I recommend this place. I also recommend asking Bambam explicitly about the check-in process before you arrive. /// SOME WRINKLES: 1. After reading the reviews of Bambam's many... More »
Perfect situation near Subway, Central Park and Fifth Avenue ! Clean and perfect for a family (1 bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room). Negative point : WiFi didn't work...
Awesome apartment! Great location and it is very well kept. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting NYC!
very clean, easy to get the apartment keys, great location for tourists in midtown east. fits 4 extremely comfortably and 6 easily. spacious bathroom!
The apartment was very clean, conveniently located, safe and had great amenities very nearby. Just a few minutes walk to Times Square and Theater District. I would definitely recommend this place.
The suite was exactly what the photos promised. The office where you pick up your keys is not an office but a place of residence. It was very messy and dark. The suite was fine for four of us because we aren't very picky but the sofa bed is absolutely pitiful. It was like an old box spring that had been folded up too many times so there was no cushioning or anything. It was more comfortable to sleep on the couch itself or on the floor. There were enough towels for us for the whole week but... More »
As others had posted there was confusion over the apartment that was booked. It felt like a bait and switch. This caused some stress and apprehension on our part. The alternate apartment was fine, but the whole experience was too unorganized for my liking.
The apartment itself was very nice and well located. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. There was a problem getiing the keys, which involved calling multiple numbers and going to several different places, including a sketchy apartment where I waited for over 30 minutes waiting for a 3rd person to call and get the keys. But the location was worth the inconvienence in getting the keys.
The apartment was beautiful...until the leak!!! The apartment above us sprung a leak in their bathroom on Monday night, finally reached someone on Tuesday afternoon and no one was sent to deal with it until Wednesday afternoon. We left on Thursday. Told the management company that we should have received some sort of credit, even if it was the cleaning fee, since we kept towels under the leak and continued to change them so the wood floor would not be completely ruined. Of course, we... More »
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and very nice. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The mattress on the sleep sofa was not comfortable though. You could feel the springs and middle bar completely. Not comfortable at all. Overall the stay was great. The only thing I would have changed is that where you have to pick up the keys is far from the apartment and the cab drivers don't really like to wait while you go in to pick up the keys, so that is kind of inconvient... compartimos 10 dias extrordinarios en NY la locacion y el estado del apartamento fueron extraordinarios y dotado de todo lo nesesario.
The apartment is very good, although the shower was a bit problematic. Also, the host forgot to mention that the check in was 3 pm. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and the host was very nice on the phone.
Everything worked out well. The apartment was nice and clean. I can recommend the host.
The space itself is very nice and is in a good & safe location. I would have rated it higher, but there were some things that really took away from the experience: 1. Floors were not clean. We paid a cleaning fee, but every corner had giant dust bunnies, and several rugs & mats were filthy around the edges. I have bad allergies, so I am more sensitive to this issue than some people would be, it just annoys me since it would be so easily taken care of. 2. Upstairs toilet leaks water onto... More »
I was told to contact a personal number when I got to the airport to arrange picking up keys. No one picked up the phone when I called so I had to contact their main office, they told me to go to a location on the upper west side which we were on our way. On the way there my contact finally called me back half an hour later, and told me that he needed to locate the person that had the keys. Good thing it took awhile for us to get to the city. I was then contacted by another person who had... More »
This apartment could not have been more perfect! My girlfriends and I were in NYC from SF celebrating my 40th and we loved every minute of our stay. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious and just steps away from amazing shipping, Central Park and great restaurants! We can't wait to come back!!!!
our stay in nyc was great! the apartment is exactly as in the pictures, and is ideal for 3 people. it was very clean and well furnished. just one note: keep in mind that in case of a chek-in after 7 p.m you have to pay 50 dollars extra at your arrival...
Great place!! i would totally stay again its so convenient, close to pretty much everything. it was equipped with everything we needed the bed was great the pullout sofa bed not so comfy but they also had an inflatable bed which was great its a cute place the area isnt bad and there's a great little grocery store at the corner and a bar underneath so totally a great place to stay!! Thanks Bambam!!!
The flat is well located and comfortable, even if a bit small for 6 people. Anyway we had a wonderful stay, because it was well equipped with everything we needed: new towels and linen, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The only problem was that we found some insects on the floor and we had to use some poison for them: the flat is on the ground floor, and it's near the rubbish place of the entire building and the garden ,that wasn't clean at all ,so it's easy to find some undesirable hosts!
Nice, clean and cozy apartment, with a great location, just 2 blocks from the subway station. It had a fully equipped kitchen, internet, and cable tv. The posting offers accommodation for up to 6 people, but the place is ok for no more than 4. It has two couches in the living room but they cannot be opened at the same time. Also, given that the apartment is on a second floor, the street noise is very annoying, especially during night time.
Great location! Very close to subway. Clean apartment. Good communcation with host. Only downfall would be the stairway to the fifth floor. It is a difficult five flight of stairs for some reason. Would definitely stay again.
More »
The host switched units on us -- said there was an issue with the first unit that we reserved. I'm not sure where the pics are of the unit we eventually stayed in, but the host sent them before confirming the new place. The price does NOT include taxes or cleaning fees -- I thought that this should have been specified up front. You have to pick up a key to the place, which is at a different location a few blocks away. Also, checkout time is 11am and there is no place to leave your bags... More »
We received prompt responses to our inquiries and making the booking, and the suite is in a great location making access to both downtown and central park within walking distance. We enjoyed many of the restaurants on 2nd Avenue and shopping in Bloomingdales.
The apartment is not as beautiful as we thought but it is big. The apartment is ok in a good neighborhood but if you are traveling with a baby is not a good option (downstairs rooms are super cold and humid while upstairs living and dining room areas are super hot - rules say do not touch Air Cond.). We liked the decoration as it is like a mix of antique and new. They have tons of things so there is dust and the baby was sneezing all the time (no good for alergic individuals). The rules are... Bambam was very accommodating! The team was great at making sure we had the right apt that we wanted based on our preferences! I look forward to staying with the Bambam team again!!!
The apartment was clean and was exactly like the pictures. Bedding was supplied the kitchen was functional. We met the cleaning lady and she gave us the key at the apartment. We did not have to go to the office to get the keys and we appreciate this. However, Bambam did not answer any of my questions prior to our arrival. All in all, it was a nice experience and a good place to stay!
The apartment was great!. We had a great time. We enjoyed the location and the apartment was really clean, We were five and they provide us with an air matress, everything was fantastic. We can only give the highest recommendations! This was a truly great place to stay in NY. The appartment was great! perfect location. The host was great. We had a great time. We enjoyed the location and the appartment was really clean, everything working, it was awesome! (sheets , towels, plates, silverware, etc, everything good!) Would really recomend this place!
Great place. Great location. The wi-fi didn't work while we were there though.
Great place, close to central park and walking distance to lots of restaurants... pick up location for the key was not far, 7 mins driving distance... perfect for 6 people. Appartment was clean and it showed it was renovated... perfect place to rent...
The photographs the host uploaded were exactly what you saw. We had a bit of trouble locating the host, but he was very friendly. The windows were open in the bedrooms, so the bedsheets were a bit dirty. It was a good place to stay for the weekend, even though it was a bit grimy. Regarding the location, it was convenient - 2 blocks from the subway, and 4 blocks to Times Square. The area was noisy throughout the night.
The unit was great. It was of updated, of high quality and very clean. I used to live in this neighborhood and love being back there. The location on the UWS close Central Park is perfect. Columbus Ave at the other end of the block has great shops and restaurants. Contact with the landlord was great...
We had a great stay here! Our room was exactly the same as the pictures. There was a leak from the apartment above while we were there, but they fixed it asap! The location is great.
Nice apartment that comfortably slept four couples. Pros: Lots of space, comfortable beds (three queens and a king), great sitting area, TV with many channels, safe walk to subway. Cons: Super dingy hall and stairway...Like scary dingy. Apartment wasn't the cleanest - shower had previous renters hair in it. Dust bunnies were abundant. One bathroom.
Pros: The place is beautiful. And I felt the pictures did not do much justice to the place. Ample space and good enough for 6 people to sleep. The house is tastefully decorated on the inside, with a mix of great art, books and other collectibles. We really liked it. Cons: The place is advertised as a two bath, however the downstairs bathroom only has a claw foot tub and no real place to shower comfortably. When it rained for the few days that we were there, the lower level got flooded. We... More »
I made a reservation for my husband's family. The place is not a bed & breakfast. It is a short rental apartment. Therefore, there is no host and no breakfast. The apartment was small, but very clean and equipped with most of the things you need. Our guests were happy about it. The building was under construction and there was no one sweeps the pile of dust in the hallway. (I hope it is temporary.) The location of the apartment was very convenient. When I communicated with the host,... More »
I had a great stay in this apartment. It looks exactly the same as on the proposed pictures. It was very convenient for me to walk to all the attractions on the beach, It's only a couple blocks away. Everything listed for the apartment was there for my usage. I will definitely go back there.
We (9ppl) stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in May 2010. The apartment is quite old and it's not that as clean as the pictures. We couldn't connect to the internet even Bambam try to help us on that. but thanks him anyway. We never met Bambam but we met someone from a real estate agency. And we didn't get any notice in advance about guests who would came to see the apartment (with girls from agency) while we were staying there. We had a good stay in this apartment. It looks exactly the same as on the proposed pictures. The location is great (close to Time Square, plenty of bars and restaurants). The only negative point is the noise from the street (apartment is on the first floor) but I guess this is the same everywhere in NYC...
great place, the mastres in the couch is a little bit hard, but everything was great and clean.
We can only give the highest recommendations! This was a truly great place to stay in NY. The location in the heart of manhattan is perfect, the 9th ave is a very good spot with lot of bars and restaurants, time square in 5 min. The appartment was very nice and very well furnished and the host very helpfull.
The apartment on 71st is in a great location-- close to central park and all the great restaurants and shopping of the UWS. The unit itself has newish furniture (west elm style) and is in pretty good shape. It is on the sparse side and clearly is setup as a full time rental. The kitchen didn't have much more than the bare basics-- and would have been fine for breakfast and reheating leftovers, though it is missing a microwave which would have been nice. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms... More »
I had a problem as soon as I landed in NY. When I called the phone number that was given to me for getting the keys to enter the house the person was not informed of my arrival. Moreover after several phone calls, mails, all from the airport I found out that the apartment I was supposed to have reserved was not available for some unknown problem. I had to go in Manhattan to an office where two guys kindly found me another place where finally I spent all the 4 nights I booked. I was in 59st... More »
Had an issue with double booking on our room, which was at no fault with the host, but with airbnb, however, it was sorted out before we got there and we were immediately given an apartment with another host for the same price, and only 4 blocks from the original apartment, it wasn't ideal after an 8 hour flight at 10pm but these things happen! The townhouse is very well situated. We were very happy about the location. The apartment was not very clean. Stairs, floors and carpets were stained and dirty. Apart from that, it was a good experience.
Nice Hells' Kitchen location, very close to restaurants, good guys. But never could quite get the wifi working. Would stay there again.
The host canceled my reservation the day before arrival.
The apartment was very nice, it would be perfect for a couple! The area is great! we had previously stayed in an apartment a block back, and this area had so much more atmosphere with restaurants, bars and delis at our doorstep! The only trouble we had was we had to pick up the keys from a separate address, then go to the apartment which was frustrating after traveling and also having to take 2 separate taxis to get to the apartment. Other than that we had a great stay!
We injoined over stay very much. Super clean and perfect placement - And a bathroom we will talk about the rest of ower life :o). Thanks from 6 people from Denmark - Copenhagen
Very close to Times Square (a five minute walk to all those lights), on the second floor of a four story building. Like any corner in NYC, the street is loud late into the evening. The refrigerator was nice, the kitchen stove and dishes were sufficient for cooking. There is a grocery store called 'the amish market' a few blocks north of the apartment with organic food. There is a cable modem with an ethernet cord to connect, but there was no wifi. The only problem that I had with... More »
We had no problems working with Metro Flats. However, the apartment shown in the pictures (Spacious Studio Times Square) was NOT the apartment that we got. Our apartment was a block over. It definitely didn't accommodate 6 people, even with an air mattress. It would have been fine for 4 people, especially if you just plan to use the apartment to crash at night. The place was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable, sofa bed not so much.
The host canceled my reservation 9 days before arrival.
THE LOCATION OF THE FLAT WAS OK A SHORT WALK FROM TIME SQAURE. THE BEDS WERE SMALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLASSED AS DOUBLE BEDS. WE WERE UNABLE TO CONECT TO THE INTERNET EVEN THOUGH THE DETAILS WERE ON THE WIRELESS CONNECTION. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN MY FAULT BUT I DID CONTACT THE MANAGER AND NO RELPY WAS FORTH COMING. We stayed at this apartment during the WMC week. The location is ideal and close to everything. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was large and clean. The living room had 2 couches, but the fold out bed was only a full size. The host was readily available and check in and out was easy.
We shared this appartment with a group of good friends, the six of us alltogether, which really is not a problem with three bedrooms and lots of space in the appartment. And we loved staying here - besides the stylish furniture and cool atmosphere, the location is just fabulous with the happening Lower Eastside and all Soho shooping in walking distance. All trains take you uptown in no time, some of us even went for morning walks in Central Park and headed down to meet the rest for breakfast... More »
Overall it was a pleasant and fun stay. The place is in a very good central location in South Beach with everything in easy walking distance. Was good to have a change from a hotel for this trip and it felt more like your own apartment and a little more relaxing without heaps of people coming and going so frequently. Was much quieter too as its a block down from Washington so easier to sleep - although the place could do with some blinds to block out the sun the morning after ! Everything... More »
Apartment was great, good location to central park, subway and restaurants. Nick's Pizza across the road became our haunt in the early hours of most mornings!
The host canceled my reservation 60 days before arrival.
The place was amazing, just as described. The bathroom wasn't as nice and clean. The only thing is that when we went to pick up the keys there was a misunderstanding with the Agent and Worldwide Direct Suites A, so i believe that they should work on the organisation. Our key was not at the office where we were supposed to pick it up, it was with someone else, and when I called to confirm they told me i had to pick it up at the office. When i got there, they told me to go pick it up from the... More »

Very clean, comfortable and recommended. The only problem we had was during the end-of-December, 2010, record snow storm when electric went out in just our unit in the building. The representative was immediately responsive and we had power that day. It was a little cold in the unit even with the electric but that's the design. We have had worse in major hotels. Internet never worked but the cable TV did work. Keys were easy to get, again the rep was wonderful. Would stay here again. ... More »
Upon our arrival, our rep tells us the stove and oven are defective therefore we had to cook our meals on a single hot plate provided by MF. There was no toaster. The fold out bed is incredibly uncomfortable, you can feel every spring from the mattress. First night, loud bagging from the piping in the walls woke us up at 4am and lasted approx. 30min. We assumed someone above us was showering. Next morning, we couldn't take our showers because there was no hot water. The hot water came back... More »
clean room. the 180 dollar fee became a 280 per day. Prompt response from host all necessitites were there. The location was in the middle of very busy crossroads.
The apartment was good but it has some problems. There was a gas leak at the kitchen, and everytime we had to be with the windows opened to ventilate the house. So we had to endure very cold during nights and the healthy problems that can have the gas.
What can I say about this accommodation.... there were 4 of us staying here...way to small for 4 people. Needs a lot of TLC. Had to wait while they cleaned the flat from previous tenants ( about 2hrs ). Had to wait 3days to get wifi sorted out but on the plus side location was excellant and rates were good. "You get what you pay for". Kerri-anne Australia
We had the flat W 35th St, New York, NY. Unfortunately, we were only happy with the location of the flat (near Penn Station, Empire and Time Square) In the bathroom was mold and some minor maintainance work would be necessary. The biggest minus was that the windows were to the street and we had to listen every night the very loud noises of garbage collection van and know now what means "the city that never sleeps". Wifi works perfect ;o)
Nice place, pretty basic but did the job for us. Was pretty noisy with people coming and going but that's to be suspected although just above the bedroom was the apartment block stairs which added to the noise. The apartment itself is spotless clean and has all the amenities we were looking for plus the area it's on (close to 10th avenue on w 46th st) was close to everything. We had an issue one night when the ceiling started leaking pretty badly, think the upstairs apartment was leaking down... More »

Stayed at this flat in August and had a GREAT stay. The apartment is so close to everything, clean and sunny. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
Could be better: - not setup when I arrived. - lot smaller than I expected. Pros: - well located
Our stay in NYC was really great, mainly because the flat we stayed in was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly located! Everything went very smoothly thanks to Metroflats' team. We definitely recommend this flat to be sure to have a very good time in NYC!
We enjoyed our stay as the apartment as it was in an ideal location. However we paid extra for an airbed which we were expected to blow up without the aid of a pump. There was no extra bedding and although extra towels were promised they never arrived. Pricewise we got an excellent deal so made no complaints.
This condo appeared larger in the pictures than it actually was. The Kitchen is nearly impossible to cook in (which was kind of expected based on pictures) and the area is a little sketchy. The air conditioning in the bedroom was more like a fan. However, you get what you pay for and for the price the condo was as expected. It was clean and the metroflats person who greeted us was very friendly and prompt.
I was very disappointed with the apartment. It was very small, especially the kitchen!! When we got there, the apartment was not ready, our check in was delayed from 3 pm to around 6 pm as the lady was still cleaning and the cable TV was not working as well as the shower in the bathroom,we had to wait until she fixed TV and shower. When I asked for an early check-in, they said they will charge me $15 per hour extra which I declined but when they were late to check us in at 3 pm they refused to... More »
This was a great deal! Just minutes from the beach and pretty much everything else within walking distance but just enough off the strip to provide a quiet, relaxing stay. Had a great time! Loft was in great location (Hell's Kitchen) for the price. 2 blocks from Time Square... 2 blocks from Hudson and fireworks (we stayed over 4th of July weekend). Also very, very easy to find - right off of Lincoln tunnel. Drive right up to it and lots of parking garages in area. Loft was clean and in good shape. Enough room for 6 of us, but left no room for walking around, but didn't matter since we were not in our room much anyway! Had no problems! Would stay there again...
Location: Great! Within walking distance to the Javitis Center, grocery stores, restaurants. The Apartment: Good! Everything worked, had warm water, Air conditioning worked and was nice & cool. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice and dark for good sleeping. The futon could have been more comfy (we had someone sleeping on it and he had a hell of a time). We stayed 3 nights at the Heart of Times Square Studio on 8th Ave. I would NOT recommend this place. I'm not that picky, but I couldn't wait to get out of this place. I swear that bed had bed bugs. For the price, certainly could not have asked for anything more! Apartment was clean, spacious by NYC standards, and great access to everything I was looking for including obvious place like Times Square, but also spots like B & H Photo & White Castle (yum, LOL). Overall a great place to stay in the city.
The two appartments that we've rented at Times Square were fine.
communications were prompt and very clear. once we got the the apt. it was clean and everything was in order, except for the woman who checked us in was not expecting so many people, even though we booked four people. the bathroom is NOT as pictured, in fact, it's rather gross. other than that, the apt. was in a great location and beds were very comfortable. i dont think i would book with metro flats again but the experience was not horrible, just alright.
The location of The Heart of Times Square was convenient. I received fast response from representatives, very professional and great customer service overall. It's 4 (maybe 5 since it's a walk up to the first floor) levels of stairs - not ideal after walking all over town with bad knees but great for burning off calories after eating so much good food nearby. Had a great time in this small flat in Hell's Kitchen. It was very clean with nice sheets and towels. The Heart of Times Square was comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to experience in NYC. It's on the 4th floor so be prepared for climbing stairs! The Metro Flats staff were great to communicate with via phone or email. Go and enjoy the Big Apple!
It was a great trip to NY, with a nice appartement in perfect area near TimeSquare and everything around you need for a relaxed stay. The Metro-Flats-Team was always helpful with any problems we had and i would totally recommend to stay in one of their appartements.
I would not hesitate to recommend staying with Metro flats. Our dealings with them were always pleasant and professsional...they always responded expediently to any questions or requests and were so helpful when we needed some extra assistance, for which we are so grateful. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. Thank you Metro flats!
Great stay! A perfect way for non-New Yorkers to experience the New York life. Clean, spacious, everything was functional. 2nd floor walkup. A short stroll to tons of restaurants and night life. As someone who has lived in NYC for 10 years, I highly recommend this to anyone.
Beautiful apartment and professional service. Someone was always available to answer questions and respond quickly by phone or email. The apartment was spacious and in a great location in Hell's Kitchen. Clean, with all amenities including extra sheets and towels. It was great. My trip was almost canceled because of the volcanic eruption in Europe and Metro Flats would not dialogue on alternatives such as... More »
Metro Flats were so great to rent from. Extremely professional, very accommodating, and the apartment was a steal! Absolutely will stay at a metro flat property again.
The studio is near the Port Authority,Time Square, and most of Broadway theaters. The nearest subway station is about 3 blocks away. There are tons of good restaurants nearby. The studio is decent (you get what you pay for) .It has nice kitchen, however the bathroom needs cosmetic make-over. make sure to ask where the towels are and arrange extra keys ahead of your arrival.
We stayed in the Stunning Midtown 1 Bed in NYC. It was a few blocks from Times Square. A GREAT apartment. I was extremely pleased. Friends stayed at a Hotel closer to Times Square so had more of a walk each day, but they had a TINY hotel room. We really had a great experience.
