Andra's place was just lovely. Very comfortable, clean, and in the best of neighborhoods. Most of my favorite restaurants in all of NYC are a 3-5 min walk away - and the BEST espresso is just across the street. I would have loved to stay even longer... it was the perfect retreat!

We´ve never met Andra but a friend of her was waiting for us when we arrived. Very friendly and easygoing.

La casa di Andra è in un'ottima posizione, l'est village e i quartieri intorno sono il cuore pulsante di NY! La casa rispetta esattamente le foto pubblicate e come già è stato evidenziato mancano delle sedie e un divano. Il parquet e le finestre sulla strada sono un po' rumorosi, ma si dorme comunque bene. Andra è una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questa abitazione per chi ama vivere la vivacità di NY.
This is a lovely spot within walking distance of everything you want to see in NY. The apt. was nicely furnished and comfortable. Only thing missing was a couch to chill and read a book. But it is NY so who needs a couch? I would definitely go here again.
After travelling for 2 weeks we were looking forward to having an apartment for 5 nights to relax in and located in a great area. The area was great but the apartment was not so relaxing.
Pros: Andra and her friend were very easy to communicate with, good size apartment, great area with lots of restaurants & bars near by, we felt safe walking around day or night, comfortable bed.
Cons: Although the photos on AirBnB show a TV, there was no TV, no CD player, no radio, thus no way of listening... More »
Myself and two friends stayed at Andra's apartment for three weeks in October.I cannot recommend this apartment enough! Here are my reasons why:
- All transactions with Andra were silky smooth! From communication prior to arrival, to the exchange of the apartment key.
- The apartment is tidy and clean and comfortably fits three people.
- Excellent location. Situated in the East Village.

It's a lovely clean space located in a great area to explore with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The east village has a lot of character. It's close to subway stations that connect to pretty much anywhere in manhattan. I highly recommend.
My folks stayed here when they were visiting and they liked it a lot. Great location. Clean and comfortable space. Andra made the whole process simple as well. Highly recommended!
Andra and Mike are amazing guests. They left the place just like they found it -- in pristine condition. I couldn't ask for better guests. I'd love to have them stay at my place anytime and highly recommend them to anyone who is reading this. Cheers.
