  I had THE perfect stay! Cory, Ryan, their family members, and the pets are soooo kind and respectful. The guestroom room and the house are very charming, convenient, clean. The neighboorhood is safe and perfect for a guest who want to discover the real Madisonian lifestyle. I DO RECOMMEND them without hesitation, and If I'm visiting Madison again, they can be sure to have me as a guest again!

  i was in madison to spend the week of thanksgiving with my daughter. unfortunately, this meant that i only saw cory and brandon briefly because they went to spend the week with their family but ryan was a perfect host while they were away. and when he left briefly on thanksgiving day, zeke (the cat) played host. this also meant that my daughter could come spend a couple of nights with me, giving us the opportunity to have a family thanksgiving dinner and watch football. the house was...   Walking distance to some of the best funky food and drink Madison has to offer. If you like to just hang and not worry about how you will be perceived, this is a perfect neighborhood for you. Very quiet and the granola was lovely! Thanks!

  I had a wonderful time in Madison, made especially great by staying with Cory, Ryan and Brandon. This was my first time using airBnB and it worked out really well. I was able to take the bus or walk into town several times from their house. Bedroom was bright and comfortable and right next to bathroom. I enjoyed a homemade breakfast (recipe from Costa Rica and only available from Ryan) one morning and lots of coffee (really good) and chat in their kitchen. Would love to stay there again.

  Cory and her husband were very welcoming with me as a guest in their home. Cory made me feel very comfortable by showing me their home, inviting me to watch the play-off game and offering me a glass of wine . Unfortunately, I had to decline due to my short stay in Madison. I would recommend this host to anyone who is looking for comfort, relaxation and kindness.

  We were visiting our daughter who is attending school at UW Madison. She suggested trying airbnb so we could stay close to the house where she is living. We checked out a few listings and decided to stay with Cory. We made an excellent choice and were very happy with the whole experience. I had emailed Cory and mentioned that my husband had a sensitivity to gluten.   Cory was a fantastic host. Their hot water heater broke the day we arrived in Madison to stay with them and she took it in stride and hooked us up to stay at her sister's place until it was fixed. She was very accommodating and made sure if we needed anything, she would be there to help us out. Great hosts! Great visit!

  Extremely nice stay. Cory and Ryan were very friendly and had some great recommendations for some late night eats, as well as a great local brunch spot, too. As hosts, they were flexible and welcomed us even though we arrived later than expected. A great location and we hope to stay again!
