  Matt was a fantastic host.. he provided a great deal of useful and accurate information about the area. The apartment itself was fantastic, very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great.. I really could not have asked for a better experience in Santiago.

  Had a great time at the apartment. Central location, modern interior, doorman, good neighborhood and friendly host. Matt had left wine (for replacement cost) and a cell phone in the apartment for me to use. Overall, a smooth and seamless transaction for a nice place.

  The apartment is great, it is perfect for two persons, it is equipped with everything you need in your stay, the location of the apartment is very good and the area is very nice and secure. Also it has a balcony with an amazing view where you can sit and relax. Matt is great host, he is very kind and helpful, he provides a guide of restaurants and bars that you can visit, and he is always aware in case you need something or information about Santiago.   This is a perfect apartment for a couple in a great part of town. Matthew was very helpful in getting us oriented to Santiago and telling us where to go. The apartment was clean, well decorated and stocked with great local wines which Matthew charges only grocery store prices to take. We really enjoyed our experience here and will certainly stay here again!

  The apartment is clean. Matt was a great host, very flexible, helpful. I stayed over at Matt's for about 9 days from March 22nd to March 31st. It was unexpectedly hot and sunny for the beginning of the fall. Because the apartment doesn't have A/C, during the day it got quite hot and the blinds could not really help with obstructing the sun.   Matthew's apartment and helpfulness as a host are as great as the rest of the reviews indicate. The space is perfect for two people with a sizable, nicely-decorated bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen and a balcony that gives way to some very impressive views of the nearby area. For an even better vantage point, the roof pool two floors up is a great spot to survey the city and go for a nice dip. The Wifi was dependable and the 24-hour security guard gave us peace of mind.   This is what i would call a 'proper' apartment with everything you'd actually need for an enjoyable worry-free stay. Unlike a lot of the company-run apartments Mat's place provides the really small details like washing up liquid and sponges. In short it's a pace you can quickly settle into and use efficiently.   I must admit that I enjoy your apartment, the location and overall your total concept is how everything should work in a rental apartment, your concept of making life easier, in every way, for travellers is great, the fact that you supply mobile phone, metro card, and full used of things that other travellers leave in the apartment including alcohol, food, etc. is something that I have not seen before in other apartments that I have rented before, it is a nice touch that make my stay better...   Matt is a great host and we loved his apartment! He was always quick to respond and had lots of great tips for what to do in the city and answered all other questions we had. He even woke up at 7am on a Saturday to let us in due to an early flight (much appreciated!). The apartment came with everything necessary for a longer stay (we were there a week).
