We had an excellent experience at Patrick's. Patrick was flexible as to our arrival and leave time, which was useful as we were not totally sure of our schedule. Patrick was a great host for my trip down to Yale for a conference. He was easy to reach and very flexible with my arrival and departure times. The apartment was clean and the location is very convenient to Yale and to shops and restaurants. A great place to stay if you're visiting New Haven.
Patrick has a great sense of hospitality. His home is central to many of the best restaurant locations in New Haven (Miyas, Thai Taste), and all of the downtown to-do's are within walking distance.
It's not often that I've had the privilege to book a host's whole apartment, and he has a great sense of privacy and decor; modern furnishings, dozens of the best movies, and an incredible sound system.
If you're looking for a place to stay in downtown New Haven, this is the place to be.

For anyone visiting Yale and New Haven, the location is ideal as it is right on campus, walking distance to everything. Patrick's place was very clean and tidy. He was very helpful with directions and has a great book collection. His apartment is practically on the Yale campus and if you are visiting the Department of Art, it is extremely close.

Patrick was very nice and thoughtful. He and his girlfriend were very quiet and not around much, so I didn't have much time to speak to him. The interactions we did have were very pleasant. They were affectionate to the dogs, and overall, seem like very nice people and I would have them again. They left the room in very good shape. Very clean and considerate people.
