  Eric and Fifi were very welcoming when we first arrived. It was raining and very cold but they made us feel at home eventhough we arrived late. They were always helpful whenever we had questions about how to get to any location. I remembered asking about how the weather would be the following day and they even looked it up for us.   My experience with them has been fantastic. The house is situated in a very convenient location, 5 minutes from the RER station and 15 from the center of Paris. Peaceful zone. They are very hospitable, kind and lovable, always ready to give advice as you need it. The room is comfortable. Recommended definitely for a short stay in the city.

  My stay with Eric and Fifi was fantastic! The room is exactly as described, quiet and private, and the rest of the apartment is beautiful. Both were extremely welcoming; had I needed any advice regarding Paris I know they would have been more than willing to help. As for getting to the city itself, the train station is a short (about 5 minutes) walk away and the trip to the center is quick. Thank you both so much!

  My wife and I loved staying at Eric & Fifi's place! We enjoyed many an evening just sitting and sharing life stories. Their place is a bit tough to find the first time but is still located very close to the subway. It's better to arrive there during the day and not the evening as we did because the local street signs are hard to see at night. Overall I would rate this a high value for money location. OCT 2011

  I briefly stayed with Eric and Fifi this past summer. They were amazing hosts. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cut back the number of nights that I was staying. Even though it wasn't as long as I anticipated, they were still amazing hosts. The location is very nice if you want to don't want to have peace and quiet after a night out in Paris.   Only good things to say about my stay with fifi and eric. Clean place, great privacy with my own shower. They were even kind enough to let me have an abundance of clean linen. Only downside was the bed, not the most comfortable, but very do-able. Very sweet and helpful with any questions. Location is not central Paris but extremely quick and convenient to get there!   Enjoyed Paris, but however would of rather payed a little more money to stay in the city for the train was an extra zone outside of the city costing an extra bit of money to travel each way into the city.   Nice room but the bed is little bit noise when you really want to sleep after long tiring day but over roll it's great. Not to forget to mention that the apartment were in great distance location from RER which is bring you to many places in Paris.   I really enjoyed my stay in Paris with Eric and Philip. They warmly welcomed me upon my arrival with hot water. chocolates, and lending me a laptop to use. It just made me feel homely. We had everything we need: a huge kitchen, nice apartment, balcony, own shower and and keys. Didn't see much of Eric and Fifi as we were out exploring Paris all day but they were friendly whenever I saw them.

  My time at Eric and Fifi's was great. It's a few short train rides to the middle of Paris. The neighborhood seemed to be where real Parisians live, which I prefer to staying in a touristy area that's very fake. There are many convenient shops near them including a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and a few places to eat. As for the apartment it's quite large and very homey.   Eric & fifi are great hosts and have a great place. We really didn't get to meet with them much as we spent the majority of our time out and about in Paris - but they offered us use of their wifi and computer. Easy access to RER and metro. Pull out bed squeaks a little, but is comfortable enough and the price cannot be beat. Nearby Park is absolutely a great place to go for some quiet wind-down time. They even let us staff our luggage the day of our departure (not until 4 pm) at their place!

  we have been there for a few days and we have spent great time whit Eric and Fifi. They were very nice with us. The room was confortable, but the bed wasnt very good. However it was ok according to the price. The locatin is in the outsides of Paris, a little far from the center of the city, but you have good subway connections. It's a good place to recomend if you spend some time in Paris.

  My husband and I loved our stay at Eric & Fifi's place. They are really great host. Their apartment is so beautiful. For the price that we paid, it was so much more than we could ever expected. We had our own private room, bathroom, free wifi. They have a netbook and converter for us to use. They even laid out some Paris guides for us to utilize.   Fantastic! These guys represent Airbnb in every way. Eric was kind enough to pick me up from the airport, allow me to join them for dinner, and make a foreign traveler feel right at home.   Eric and Phillip are absolutely wonderful!!! It felt like visiting family rather than strangers. They helped me to find my way around and made great suggestions for my stay.   You cannot beat the price of staying with Eric and Filipe! For two students, it was so affordable and we saved so much money not having to stay in an overpriced hotel. Their place is located only a few stops from the center of Paris, and would only take us about 20 minutes to get to the Hotel de Ville area.
