A basic room. It is located in an old beach house that has thin walls so no loud partying or drinking is permitted. Music played in a loud fashion is ok but of course within reasonable hours.
I keep a fan in the room to drown out unwanted noises.
A local Trolley system is located just steps away from your back door on Ocean Blvd. Miles of bike paths are also available & run along the north and the south ends of the Island. Bike rentals are only $10 a day through this room rental. You can also rent golf carts that are a great deal of fun for the whole family.
Must be 16 w/ drivers lic.
We offer FREE USE of our beach chairs/ coolers/ beach games/ floats /boogie boards/ sand toys!
Small fridge & microwave w/ coffee pot are in room .
Stainless steel gas grill w/1 bottle of gas is provided & located out the back door for grilling food.
Short walking distance to Beach & ocean!
Carolina Winds & Grand Shores Ocean front resorts are in my back yard.
Carolina Winds has a happy hour from 4PM to 7PM with great wing & drink specials.
Some of the best fishing is located just out front off our very own surf.
