  Terrific place, centrally located near beach, good food, swimming pool, yoga, and biking. Sara was a wonderful host, accessible, kind, and very responsive. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

  Really nice condo flat on a quiet street away from tourists and noise. The flat was clean and orderly and very comfortable. Sara is an extremely gracious host - very accommodating, accessible and attentive. Be advised that the flat is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no elevator, in case you have mobility issues, or just heavy bags! I definitely recommend staying here... I would never consider staying at a hotel again on South Beach.

  Sara was quick to respond to emails and provided ample info on the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and cozy and we loved the neighborhood (less than five min to the ocean on bikes). Would definitely stay again!

  Great location; great place in south beach! Very easy to manage with keys, etc. and so much better than a hotel for my purposes. I used to live in the area and it was like having my own lovely apt. to stay in! Would definitely stay here again!

  Amazing place to stay in Miami. A few blocks from the beach and close to shops and the bridge to downtown. The flat itself is exactly as the photos shown; very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your time. Sara was very helpful in assisting us with everything, responding and resolving our issues the same day. Overall an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again.

  This is a lovely, immaculate flat in a quiet, charming part of world famous South Beach. By European standards it is even spacious! It has everything you might need, is well kept and Sara is very helpful, friendly and responds very quickly to any queries. The beach is 15 minutes stroll away, the park and the grocery stores are nearby too.   This is a perfect place to stay in Miami beach, especially for an extended time. It's close to everything you could want or need but also had a great kitchen and dininig area for those nights you want tostay in and cook. highly recommend this host, she is very organized and thorough.

  This is a great place to stay and Sara is a friendly and helpful host. The neighborhood is quiet, yet a quick walk to the beach. The apartment is clean, bright and well decorated and really enjoyable to hang out in. The bikes are great to have too. I would definitely stay here again!

  Was a really nice apartment just 20 minutes by foot to the heart of the Miami Beach action (Lincoln Road, etc.). We had a Girls' Retreat in honor of my engagement and my best friend's recent wedding and the place did not disappoint. Luxurious without being overwhelming, and the price was definitely right. Thanks, Sara!

  Lovely stay. Sarah couldn't have been nicer, the location better and the place more perfect. Groceries are nearby so you can take advantage of the kitchen, world class DJs are just steps away and the neighborhood is quiet for when you need some rest and relaxation. I would absolutely return.

  A peaceful oasis it is ! Sarah's apartment is the perfect place to stay in South Beach. I've been there during spring break, for a couple of weeks, covering the Miami Heat at the AmericanAirlines Arena, and enjoying the beach. Within walking distance of South Beach, Sarah's apartment is still a few blocks away so it is quiet. Nice, clean, comfortable, wifi connection, cable tv, fully stocked kitchen.   My girlfriend and I came to Miami Beach from Chicago for three days in February. The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located on a quiet street that is only a few blocks walk from the action. Sara was very helpful, responding right away to our inquiries and even providing a little guide of things to do in the neighborhood.

  Sara's apartment is truly a peaceful oasis. From our first contact with her, she was responsive to all our questions and concerns. The apartment is relaxing, and has everything you need for your vacation and more: a well-stocked kitchen, cable TV, a super comfy bed and bikes to get around. We appreciated little touches like a list of helpful phone numbers, a guide book, and locations of sights and amenities. We would definitely rent from Sara again.

  Sara was a wonderful host, with a lot of kind attentions. She has let us a small chocolat on the towels as welcome gift! The apartment was super clean, and so well situated. We definitely felt in love with the neighborhood, full of beautiful art deco houses. We appreciated to be in this residential & peaceful area.

  Great place to stay and enjoy Sout beach : walking distance from anything (restaurants, beaches, shopping...). Clean, comfortable, wifi connection, calm... and Sara is very nice and helpful if you need anything; No parking spots just around so an added budget for the public parking, but you might as well not rent a car when you're staying only in south beach!

  This was a very good location close to everything fun in South Beach. Sara was very quick in responding and made herself available if we needed her. The apartment was immaculately clean and organized. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment does not have dedicated parking so be aware if you bring your car. There are street parking regulations in the evenings and weekdays. Well recommended if you plan to go to SoBe.

  Excellent location... quite neighbourhood, within walking distance of South beach and attractions. Lovely apartment with lots of charm, and a homey feel. Would definitely stay with Sara again.

  For my first visit to South Beach this was the perfect place to stay. It is a charming, bright, happy apartment in a community of pretty classic low rise homes close to the stores and beach with the privacy and quiet calm of the west side a few blocks from Whole Foods and restaurants of the locals. Sara was easy and fun to deal with. A+ experience.

  This was a real slice of Philadelphia with its high ceilings and corner market. It was close to the art museum and very comfortable. Sara was wonderful and left breakfast and two complementary tickets for the museum. We had not done this before and totally enjoyed the experience. Street parking was easy and we would definitely do it again

  4 1/2 stars. Sara's place in South Beach was a great alternative to hotels there. It's in a residential neighborhood, removed from, but within walking distance of South Beach's bustle. The apartment was clean and Sara had the process organized well. Very helpful, having never done this type of thing before. And there were bikes to use! I would definitely do this again.

  My husband and I stayed in Sara's studio for three nights and loved the location. It was close to the art museum and we were able to walk to the visitor's center and the train station. The street is tree lined and very charming. Sara and Jon were both very nice and extremely helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat and visit.   Excelent! We were At Philadelphia working so we had a little time to enjoy the city, but being at Sara's Flat was like being in our own home. Great location and facilities. As a host Sara is always concern we have a great time there. Thanks for the tickets!
